(Name) squirmed on the bed, trying to hold on to whatever little fragments of her beauty sleep she had left. She had not slept peacefully for the entire night. She felt weirdly uncomfortable. But she didn't wake up.

(Name) groaned and shifted again, aware that she was already awake. All she had left to do was open her eyes.

She opened her eyes, as slowly as possible, trying to adjust to the surprising bright room. She gave up before she could adjust to the light and just closed her eyes again.

"I see you're awake, my dear (Name)."

With that, her eyes snapped open. After her eyes adjusted to the light, she took a look around the room. It was definitely not hers. Her eyes landed on the person to whom the voice belonged.

"Sasuke ?"

In response, he smiled at her. The smile looked rare and beautiful on his almost perfectly sculpted face, but something in his eyes spoiled it. His eyes were colder than usual.

"Where am I ?" asked (Name), the very first question which had come in her mind.

(Name) looked around and took in her surroundings. The room which she was in was white - the furniture was white, the walls were white, the bedsheets were white, the carpet was white. But what stood out the most was one scroll on the wall. It was a black scroll right above the headrest of the bed. It had a red and white coloured fan on it - a symbol which (Name) recognised as the Uchiha clan's symbol.

She looked at the bed and saw how messy she had made it. Except for it, the room was clean till it shined. Although (Name) hadn't slept peacefully, she had still dreamt.

In her dream, as cliche as it was, a prince on a horse had carried her away, to a land void of sadness and sorrow - to his kingdom. There was only one thing wrong about it.

"You're in my house, (Name), where you're going to live for the rest of your life." said Sasuke.

"What ?" asked (Name).

"You, yourself, agreed to it." said Sasuke.

Of course, (Name) remembered agreeing to meet Sasuke's parents and stay with his family for two years. Only two years.

"I did not." said (Name). "Where is your family ? Where is everyone else ? Why did you bring me here ?" asked (Name) and got out of the bed.

Much to her dismay, she couldn't go farther than two steps before she was stopped by something around her ankle. She looked at it and saw a metal cuff with was attached to the foot of her bed. No wonder she was uncomfortable.

"You cannot back down from your word." said Sasuke, his smile becoming duller.

"What is the meaning of this ?" asked (Name), but a little more harshly than she had expected.

Sasuke got up from his seat on a chair near the window and walked to (Name). He put a hand under her chin and made her look at himself.

"As much as I do not like it, I had a feeling that you would resist." said Sasuke.

"Where is your family ? I demand to see them." said (Name). The coldness of Sasuke's eyes almost scared her.

"We're the only ones here, (Name)." said Sasuke.

(Name) looked at him with disbelief. "But then, where's-- "

Sasuke smiled eeriely at her which made a shiver run down her spine. "They died years ago."

Naruto's words echoed in (Name)'s mind. Her eyes widened.

"Let me go, Sasuke ! I have no idea what's in your mind, but I'm sure it's not good, both for you and for me. I want to go ! We can talk about this later when you're alright. We--"

Before (Name) could finish her plea, a sharp hit at neck silenced her. Her body felt limp into her boyfriend's arms.

"You're so much more beautiful when you're quiet and asleep."

This was the last thing she heard before everything went black. But she remembered one thing. She remembered what was wrong in her dream. The prince's horse was black.
