Okay get comfy, this is a long one. I decided to put all three parts of the usual story together and make it into one longer chapter. Enjoy, the memories of Berlin and the Sag Awards 2022 🤭❤️

The hotel room door clicked softly behind them as they stepped out into the evening. The city greeted them with that unmistakable Berlin chill, the kind of cool that nips at your cheeks and makes your lungs feel clearer with every breath. Stefani tugged her scarf tighter, the fabric warm against her neck, and Bradley adjusted his coat collar, his hands brushing against hers in the most casual, effortless way.
Ready?
He asked, giving her hand a gentle squeeze.
Stefani smiled, her fingers sliding into his as naturally as breathing.
Absolutely.
She said softly. And immediately, a warm thrill ran through her at the simple sensation of holding his hand in public. No cameras, no flashing lights, no fans, no expectations, just them.
You know.
She murmured, looking up at him as they started walking.
It feels so good to be able to hold your hand like this ... just walking together.
Bradley smiled, the faintest dimple appearing on his cheek.
I know.
He said, voice low, almost reverent.
It really does. I’ve missed this, just ... normality. Just ... us.
They fell into a quiet rhythm as they walked down the cobblestone streets. The city was alive but not crowded, the faint hum of cars in the distance blending with the soft murmur of late-night cafés and bars. The streetlamps threw golden circles of light onto the wet stones, and the air smelled faintly of roasted chestnuts and the distant bakery where the smell of fresh bread drifted tantalizingly through the streets.
Stefani leaned slightly against him as they walked, pressing her head just barely against his arm. Bradley responded instinctively, letting their intertwined hands slip into the warmth of his coat pocket as the cold deepened. The simple act, so subtle, so mundane, made her feel protected, warm, cocooned.
I like this city.
She said quietly, glancing around at the buildings, the old brick façades, the intricate iron balconies that leaned slightly over the streets.
I really do. It’s ... beautiful.
Bradley glanced at her, his lips curving into a soft smile.
It definitely has its charm.
He agreed.
There’s something about it ... alive, but also intimate. You can get lost in it and still feel ... connected.
Stefani’s eyes softened, distant for a moment as she thought back.
I still remember when I was here during earlier tours ... the club life, the music, the gay community ... it was intoxicating. I’d stay out all night, dancing, meeting people, experiencing things I’d never dreamt of. Berlin gave me freedom in a way that no other city could. And now ... now, being here with you, and with Lea, it’s ... it’s different, but just as incredible.
Bradley listened closely, his attention fixed entirely on her. The way her eyes sparkled in the streetlight, the way her lips curved when she smiled at a memory, he noticed everything.
What was it like? Those nights?
He asked gently.
Tell me more. I want to picture it.
