"promise?"
"jisung," minho called out for jisung who was digging through the kitchen drawers looking for something. "did you find what you need?" he asked, the sounds of drawers opening answered his question.
jisung, unknown to minho, was distressed. he told minho that he wanted to make him his husband but, minho didn't hear him! yet he still bought rings, not for marriage, but they were promise rings. he sighed, closing his eyes to go through his memories.
"jisung what're-" minho was cut off by jisung speed walking into their room, a stressed look on his face. he stood from the couch and quickly entered the room to check on his lover. "ji?"
"hm, yes? hello? minho!" jisung greeted him in different ways. "have you seen a silk box anywhere?" he asked, opening the drawer at his desk and finding the exact box he was looking for.
"is that the-"
"yeah."
"what's in the box?"
"rings," jisung happily said, opening the silk box and smiling at the two silver bands. "promise rings."
"for who?" minho raised a brow at how calm jisung was. a complete opposite of the mess he was searching for the box.
"remember yesterday night? when i grabbed your hand and kissed it?" minho smiled at jisung, remembering it perfectly clear. "do you want to know what i said?" jisung asked, closing the box and locking eyes with minho.
"part of me is saying yes," minho said, jisung stepping closer towards him. "actually, all of me is saying yes." jisung took his hand, putting the box in it, and whispering in his ear.
