Chaper 13

Tonis POV
I woke up in a hospital room. I tried to lift my head gently but I got a sharp pain straight through it, "omg! She is awake, someone help me lift her up" I heard Zoe say then she came into my eyes line as I felt two pairs of hands lift me up. The room was basically full: Zoe,maddy,betty,Veronica, my dad and...Cheryl "hi" I said as me and Cheryl made eye contact "argh stupid wolves" I heard maddy say I looked over at her and she is definitely mad "excuse me you are currently surrounded by is stupid wolves" I heard Veronica say "oh trust me am just as shocked as you are, if it wasn't for toni being stupid I would be happily be drinking to my winnings today but no! Someone had to completely ignore what I told them and get themselves hurt!" Maddy shouted getting in Veronicas face which I could tell pissed betty and Veronica off. "Calm down dogs or I will put you on your asses" maddy said seriously "okay guys stop" I said as I got myself comfortable. Maddy swung around and pointed at me "and you! How could you be so stupid! I told you to go in ALONE, get the smallest thing there and get out UNHURT! You completely ignored me, your lucky I slightly like you more then any other dog around here because I would leave you to fend for yourself in this school and you know missy is still after you for what happened" maddy ranted to me my eyes widened and I looked at Cheryl who was confused "missy? Who's that?" Cheryl said mostly talking to maddy who stiffened when she realised what she said "okay! Um I think me and maddy should leave and let yous all catch up with each other, we will talk about this properly later T" Zoe said quickly getting maddy a hand and dragging her out the room. "Who is missy?" Cheryl said obviously jealous "can we talk about that another time? I haven't seen you guys is a year!" I said hoping she would move on but she just left "fuck" I said closing my eyes "okay, I don't want to know who missy is or what you two have done but I would like to talk to my daughter about what happened earlier" my father said making me blush with embarrassment "you saved that little boy toni, you saved his life..but you also put your life in danger and sometimes it's better to leave then it is to stand and fight. You could have died. There was three of them and basically only one of you that could have a chance to fight back, that little boy shouldn't have been there but they put one younger person in every game as a test. You are the only person that's has passed the test since the games started. You risked your life for an innocent boy you had never met before and I couldn't be more proud of you my girl. But please next time pick him up and run. Don't risk your life, be smart and safe." My father said as he held my hand I smiled at him "thank you" I said he nodded and gave me a kiss on my forehead "I will leave you to catch up" he said then he left too "hey!" Betty shouted cheerfully and she sat at the bottom of my bed "what the hell come give me a hug!" I said a bit offended she laughed and gave me a hug which hurt for a second but it was fine . Once she let go she sighed "I have missed you so much TT, nothing has really been the same!" She said I just laughed "hey now that your dad knows that you have changed maybe you could come back early!?" Veronica said and betty looked at me all excited. I mean I want to go home this place is horrible most of the time but Zoe and maddy make it fun, they have made me enjoy it here and am far from being where I want to be, I still have loads of control and learning to do and not ready to leave yet. "Hey? T? We are taking to you?!" Betty said snapping me out of my thoughts "oh am sorry B I was just...thinking" I said quietly "about?" Veronica pushed "I-I don't want to leave, I mean I really miss being home and all of you guys but am really learning stuff here, maddy and Zoe are helping me learn how to control myself,how to be human, how to not abuse my powers" I said looking into bettys eyes. She seemed upset. "Oh okay" she said then stood up and left "B! It's not like that" I said with a sigh but they where both already gone "fuck sake" I said to myself in a now empty room.
Cheryl's POV
I could feel the anger growing in my body as I followed the two girl down the hall and into a quieter room "do you really think we could hear your heels coming down the hall, next time when you are trying to sneak up on someone maybe take them off" the blonde girl said sarcastically I walked straight up to the girl grabbed her neck and slammed her into the wall "who the fuck is missy" I growled my wolf showing I saw her eyes roll and then my body was thrown across the room "shit" I said as I picked myself up "you fucking dogs thinking you have all the power, I will show you fucking power" the blonde haired girl said then she waved her hand and suddenly I felt as if every bone in my body was being snapped then put back together then getting snapped again "maddy stop! You know what toni will do when she finds out! Just stop!" The other said worried but she just got sat on the floor and her over cloth of her jacket shoved in her mouth to stop her from talking. " I don't give a fuck! Am sick of you stupid wolves! Come on Cheryl get me now! Come on! Get up! Come get me!" She shouted as she stopped her spell I growled my wolf fighting to get out I pounced for the girl but she moved out my way and suddenly a high pitched tone rang through my ears I felt like my head was going to explode! I covered my ears in a lot of pain "you don't fucking deserve toni! Not even a little bit! It's so fucking stupid that you two are put together! All you did is hurt her! And now she has to live with you her whole life! Wolves are fucking pathetic! And if you ever! And I mean ever lay another finger on me or toni again I will make your head explode so quick you won't even know what's happening!" She screamed, stopped her spells and then left wow that is not how I thought this would go, she is powerful. "Well I think you are the most stupid wolf I have ever met. Have you ever even heard of a witch before? I mean obviously you haven't or that wouldn't have happened" the brown haired girl said obviously mad "I knew you guy where a thing but I didn't know how powerful you are" I admitted honestly helping her off the floor but she just hit my hand away and got up herself "I don't like you. And I don't think I ever will, but I know how wolfs are with there mates and toni is so excited to get to know you when she gets out of here but you need to learn just as mush as toni. You need to control yourself. Missy was someone that toni almost had sex with at the beginning, toni stopped it because she couldn't stop thinking about you and missy doesn't like that. But I can see in your eyes that you have done the same. You aren't together Cheryl, I know this stupid mate shit means you will be eventually but as of right now you are both single and I personally think you should mess around and have some fun before you have to deal with more serious stuff because if you know what toni is you know that your future with her is not going to be easy. I know you want to make things right with toni and you feel bad for what you did to her but she forgives you. I personally wouldn't have forgiven you so easily but that's life." The girl ranted I just stayed silent and took in every word she said to me. I nodded "good at least you can listen" she said then left. I took a deep breath, I should probably get back to toni before we have to leave. As I slowly walked back to Tonis room I saw betty,Alfa and Veronica stood outside talking "hey? What happened?" Betty said as soon as she saw me I just sighed and walked past straight into Tonis room and shut the door. "Hi" she said clearly worried I slowly walked to her side and held her hand "am not mad at you t, just like you aren't mad at me. I also met this guy in the club there was some kissing but nothing else. You don't need to feel guilty." I said hoping to ease her mind a little which I think it did since she smiled at me "I want to start again. From the very beginning. When I come back home it's a clean slate and we build a friendship then we can see where it goes from there? I know our wolves want to be together but it isn't just about them, I want to be happy with you just as humans" she said as we held eye contact I smiled at her an nodded "I agree, thank you toni. I won't let you down" I said happily "I know red." She answered pulling me down so I could hug her "aw how cute! Anywayyy we need to leave" I heard betty's cheery voice say as she poked her head into the room then left. I looked back down at toni and she was smiling "see you in a year stranger" she said cutely I laughed a little "see you then" then I left. I couldn't help but smile as we left the building. This year while I wait for toni am gonna become the best me I possibly can! Am going to prove to her that she hasn't made a mistake to forgive me! Am so excited.
