Chapter 5-"she kissed me!"

Betty's pov
Toni is missing. We haven't seen her for weeks she hasn't been to school, back to her house, she had jughead come and get her stuff but after that it's like she never existed. I have tried to call her but she never answers,Cheryl is the worst she refuses to hunt or turn into her wolf. Me,Veronica and Cheryl even tried to hunt her yesterday but we couldn't find anything we pick up on her scent in a trailer on the Southside. Toni's father woke up the day after Toni left he was in lots pain and he is still slowly dying but the first thing he asked was if Toni was ok so when Helen told him what happened he was not very happy. "Babe hurry up we are going hunting for her again" Veronica said while wrapping her arms around me "there is no point she is probably off getting beat up" I sighed turning around in her arms and leaning my head on her shoulder "Toni is strong plus we found her scent and belongings in a trailer on the Southside so she isn't far we will find her I promise" Veronica said pushing a piece of hair out the way off my face. I nodded completely believing what Veronica said suddenly there was a small knock on the door "come in" Veronica said smiling and Cheryl walked in still looking sad and tired "can we go now?" She sulked "I have never seen you so sad c" I said sympathetically but she just sighed but then a unfamiliar strong smell off Cologne hit all three of us as we looked at each other confused then we all ran down stairs. "Who is it?" Cheryl asked obviously hoping it was Toni there was a loud knock at the door and the smell of blood made all three off us panic I swung the door open "help her please, am begging you please" I froze as jughead was stood with blood all over him and holding Toni's almost lifeless body in his arms "come in ,what the fuck happened?" Veronica said as both me and Cheryl couldn't move.jughead rushed in the house and placed her body on the sofa "she-she-then-we" jug stuttered and ran his hands through his hair. When me and Cheryl finally snapped out of our panic mode we rushed over I grabbed jug by his throat and pinned him to the wall "tell me what happened before I hurt you" am pretty sure my eyes where glowing as my wolf threatened to come out. "She was w-working in the white worm and this gang came in Toni and the gang seemed good at first but one off them must of said something to pissed her off so she attacked them. It was so fast everything was so fast there was 20 off then with the same tattoos and she took down all of them except one who hit her in the back off the head with a bat she got knocked out then they ones that got up kicked the shit out off her and left her until i found her" he said sweating and looking scared "if you weren't there how do you know all of this?" I also asked while letting him down "Toni told my little sister to hide under one off the tables...she saw everything then she ran and got me and took me to toni " he said I growled and punched him in the face "why didn't she call the police or an ambulance" I growled Veronica grabbed my waist "it wasn't her fault" I weak voice spoke followed by a cough I looked over at the sofa and Toni was staring back at me with a weak smile "hey B long time no see" she said adding a little wink "you have been beat up and you're still making jokes?" I smiled while tears ran down my face "this is the best I have ever looked B I look tough now everyone will be scared of me" she joked making us laugh "hey Cheryl" Toni said with a smile "I don't know if it's because I got hit in the head or if it's my wolf but I hate you less right now.... it's weird because before I found out about my wolf I never hated you...I always knew you where different...I was scared off you but I never hated you" I looked over at Cheryl and she was stood there with wide eye and red blush on her face "am really sorry for everything Toni...I mean it the truth is the only reason i hurt you was because I liked you but my whole life I got told it was wrong to like the same gender so I blamed you...am so sorry" Toni laughed and looked at me "look it's working the hottest girl in riverdale likes me. I need that gang to beat me up more often" Toni laughed then coughed but this time she coughed up blood "shit" she said while leaning back down again "what is happening in here" Alfa said while walking into the room with crutches "Toni! Is that you my dear" he said but then froze when he seen the blood "Toni are you ok what's happened?" Cheryl asked panicking and sitting next to her "am sorry Cheryl I just didn't want you to hurt me again but it turns out I was hurting myself more" Toni said while placing her hand on the side of Cheryl face "Cheryl move I know what it is" Alfa said while pushing the girl out off the way. Alfa took a deep breath then ripped open Toni's flannel shirt everyone gasped as Toni's stomach,neck,arms and chest was covered in black vain that where sticking out off her skin. "She has been wearing that necklace too much it's hurting her" Cheryl growled really loud but it wasn't at Alfa or Toni it was at jughead "you knew about this didn't you" she growled again and stood up "don't hurt him I made him not say anything" Toni said weakly then tried to sit up and with the help of Alfa she sat and faced all off us "he has been looking after me and making sure I wasn't dying but I told him not to tell anyone about what the necklace was doing to for me so don't blame him" she buttoned up her shirt and lay back in the sofa "come on jug let's go home" she said her eyes drifting asleep and her body getting weaker by the minute "no your too weak to leave and we can't trust that you won't put the necklace on again" Alfa said holding Toni up Toni smiled and leaned her head of her fathers shoulder "am slowly killing you and I have no clue how to save you" she said with a weak smile. Just as Alfa was going to say something jughead's phone started to ring he looked around nervously then answered the phone "hey...yeh she is fine...what?!...fuck am on my way" jughead put his phone in his pocket and said "I need to go somehow they got JB" his words had so much panic in them. Toni stood up slowly and with the help of Alfa "am coming!" She said but she just fell straight back to the floor me and Cheryl when to help her but she wouldn't let us "I can do it myself I have before" she said taking a deep breath then pushing herself up but After a while she was up. Alfa looked at his daughter with pride and Toni looked and jughead with determination "this is gonna be harder then I thought" she said with a smile jughead nodded and they both started to leave. Just before they headed out the door Alfa said "Cheryl go with them" immediately Cheryl nodded and started follow the two but Toni turned and pushed her away "excuse me it's to dangerous for a posh girl like you princess" Toni said wrapping her arm around jughead for support "Alfa told me too" Cheryl said standing her ground but Toni just chuckled "at least let Cheryl heal you if you won't allow her to join you" Alfa said with a small smirk he is definitely up to something "what do you mean how can I heal her?" Cheryl asked curiously "kiss her" Alfa said I KNEW IT,HE WAS TOTALLY UP TO SOMETHING I burst out laughing as Cheryl's jaw dropped and Toni looked surprised "I mean you are probably going to fight and you will die if you don't heal and your wolf won't let you heal until she knows you will allow her to see her mate...so you have to prove it" Toni looked between her father and Cheryl "you are fucking with me right?" She said still in shock "do not talk to me like that young lady and no am not" Alfa said firmly "and am not letting you leave unless you are healed fully so ether you heal quickly and go save your friend or jughead leaves without you, it's your choice" Toni looked at jughead for help but he just shrugged while hiding a grin I looked at Toni dead in the eyes and said "I dare you" she glared at me "just wait cooper I will get you back" when ever I dare Toni to do something she does it it's like she doesn't like to loose anything. Toni let go of jughead and grabbed Cheryl's shirt and smacked there lips together after a few seconds Toni's face softened and the bruises healed Toni Hesitantly pushes the girl away and stared into her eyes. Toni's eyes where bright red and Cheryl's where bright yellow....they where now mated for life. Toni looked over at me and glared "am going to kill you" I stuck out my tongue and said "you will thank me when you are married" I said teasing her she was about to come and get me when jughead said "we need to go" so she stuck her middle finger up at me looked at Cheryl and then left when she was gone I burst out laughing and said "I never thought I would see Toni topaz kissing Cheryl blossom" I had to hold my stomach because of how much I was laughing "she will get you back you know" Veronica said to me with a wide smile I nodded and said "I know but it was worth it...listen" everyone went silent as we heard Toni and jughead talking from outside "you kissed Cheryl fucking blossom" jughead said with a laugh "ow that hurt" jughead then said after obviously Toni punched him in the arm "shut up hobo at least now we can get get JB back I only kissed Cheryl for her" Toni said sounding moody "come on tiny admit you liked it all you have been talking about for the last two weeks is Cheryl" jughead laughed and started his motorbike "that's not true I don't like the girl she hurt me" Toni said with sigh "yeh but you still got butterflies in your stomach when you kissed her" jughead teased and the last thing we heard before there where to far gone was Toni saying "oh shut the fuck up you have wanted betty for years maybe I should tease you about that" I looked over at Veronica and she looked upset "babe don't worry I only see him as a ex friend we don't even talk anymore" I give her a hug before we heard Cheryl say "she kissed me!" we all laughed and I put my hand on her shoulder "yes she did congratulations"
