I pulled up outside her house contemplating whether or not I should go there. I got out thee car and walk up the steps. As I rang the door bell I tried coming up with excuse to why I'm here, but before I could Alex opens the door.
"Hey." I say as she opens the door for me to come inside.
"Hey?" She questions with a glare
"If your looking for Aliyah.. She isn't here" She tells me walking into the living room.
"I know... I came here to talk to you" I say
"About?" She took a seat on the couch grabbing the remote from the coffee table.
"Aliyah" I said quietly. She looks at me then back at the TV before turning it off.
"So let me guess... Aliyah doesn't wanna talk to you so your here to talk to me?" She says
"Yeah"
"Okay...and what exactly do you think I can do about that? You fucked up and hurt and I don't think she should ever talk to you again, but I'm shocked your still trying."
"It's only been a few weeks." I snap
"Yeah, a few weeks of her trying to move on by hiding from you."
"She wasn't hiding." I gritted
"She damn sure wasn't running to you" She rolled her eyes
"Can you stop being a bitch for a second. I know I fucked up, but I love her Alex...no I'm in love with her. I know she loves me to, she's just hurt and in denial right now"
She sighed running her hand through her hair.
"Okay I'm going to pretend you didn't just say that... but I don't know what to tell you August because what you did is unforgivable. You embarrassed her and when she trusted you."
"Fuck, don't you think I know that?"
"I guess since you came here, I can tell you finally figured out how fucked up everything is." She laughed lightly
"What should I do? As her friend and my best friend."
"You mean ex-best friend" She smiles
I rolled my eyes and she laughs.
"You know I love you girl" I said
"Yeah okay" She smacked her lips before laughing
"Has she talked to you at all?" She asked
