This song is the opposite of stealth ⬆️ Still good though

As the sun began to peek out from the horizon, the Multiverse was silent as it slept. Dream and Nightmare were already awake, as Dream got dressed and ready for his stealth mission, Nightmare left to get Killer so he could escort Dream.

Killer was asleep in his room, his past was haunting his dreams as perusal for all who reside in Nightmare's castle. Everyone of Nightmare's team had bad dreams, sometimes even night-terrors. They dreamed of their past and their future. The pain they've felt in their past and the things they fear for their fate.
Sleep was never for the weak, or for the faint of heart, unlike what people like to say. Avoiding sleep was often easier for many of them, but they couldn't stay awake for forever.

Nightmare knocked on Killer's door but didn't find a response from the otherside. He let himself into Killer's room and found him asleep in his bed shaking and turning in his bed.
Nightmare sat on the edge of Killer's bed, and cautiously shook Killer's shoulder til he woke. Out of instinct from being startled awake, Killer took the dagger out from under his pillow and tried to stab who ever was sitting on the edge of his bed.
Nightmare's tentacle summoned on it's own, as Nightmare had predicted it would, and caught the blade of the dagger before it could pierced him.

Killer scowled at Nightmare's calm expression. The calmness pissed Killer off more than it probably should've. To Killer, the unfazed look only showed how 'cocky' Nightmare was in knowing that Killer wouldn't ever be able to hurt him. Killer was both glad of it for his own sake, and pissed off at it. Truth was, he just wished he had Nightmare's confidence on that front.
To be so confident in hisown power that he thinks he's untouchable. At first glance, Nightmare was untouchable, it often seemed like no one in the Multiverse could hurt him. But of course, both Dream and Nightmare knew better.
Killer wasn't confident in his power, he knew full well that he wasn't untouchable. Nightmare was always good at reminding his team about that. It kept them on their feet and careful in a fight.

"You shouldn't wake up a guy who's in the middle of a dream." Killer scowled.
"A bad dream." Nightmare corrected. They spoke in hushed voices from the early morning, Killer's voice was strained with morning voice, while Nightmare was speaking in a clamer tone for Killer's sake.

"What time is it?" Killer asked.
"Early." He answered bluntly, "You have a mission." Nightmare told him. That got Killer's attention. He stared at Nightmare for a moment in shock before a wide grin grew on Killer's face.
"Finally." He was more than ready for a mission, he barely cared about what the mission was.

After Nightmare told Killer what the purpose of the mission was and what his role would be, Killer got himself ready, wearing darker clothes to hide in shadows and pulling his hood over his head. After that he went downstairs to meet Dream and Nightmare.
Dream wore one of Nightmare's jackets over the clothes he already had, the darker shaded jacket was noticeably too big to fit Dream, but it was better than the white and yellow clothes he had on. Dream also grabbed an empty backpack that he put on his shoulders for when he could get the chance to grab some of hisown clothes from his house.

"I'm guessing you're not coming with?" Killer asked Nightmare.
"I'm not. That's why you're going." Nightmare answered, "Keep in mind that Dream's aura could attract attention, so be quick about your exit." Nightmare told them both before opening a portal directly to Dream's bedroom in his house.
As both Dream and Killer saterted to walk to the portal Nightmare grabbed Dream's hand on instinct, knowing that this mission was more dangerous than he'd like it to be for Dream.

Dream looked back to Nightmare to see the concern in Nightmare's eyes. His anxiety prevented him from letting go of Dream's hand. Killer waited for him as Dream slowly nodded to Nightmare with a comforting smile. 'It'll be okay.' He said without words, only a smile that could melt Nightmare's anxiety away.
The early morning demanded quite. So there was nothing more to say. Nightmare took a deep breath, and let it out as he reluctantly let go of Dream's hand.
Dream smiled to Nightmare softly as he followed Killer through the portal.
