Chapter 18

You, Jungkook, and Taehyung quickly made your way to the infirmary and there you saw Hobi in a bed with Madam Pomfrey treating him, Professor Dumbledore and Professor McGonagall were there together with Professor Snape observing.

"Hobi!" You ran towards Hobi's bedside and held his hand. Taehyung and Jungkook followed behind.

"Ms. Choi." Professor McGonagall called your name softly and looked at you sympathetically.

"What happened?" You asked.

"Mr. Jung was found unconscious and wounded in the dungeons by Professor Snape. I'm afraid we do not know what caused this yet. Luckily he was found and brought to the infirmary right away or it could have gotten worse." Professor McGonagall explained.

"What could have gotten worse?" Tears started brimming in your eyes.

"I'm afraid Mr. Jung here suffered mild injuries but he was cursed." Professor Dumbledore said. All of you went quiet as Madame Pomfrey wiped Hobi's wounds.

"Cursed? Isn't that prohibited on the school grounds?" Taehyung asked. You squeezed Hobi's hand, you thought why would someone curse poor, bubbly Hobi?

"We will investigate further into this matter. Do not worry, Ms. Choi. We won't let this matter go unresolved." Professor Dumbledore reassured.

"Now, off you go to bed the three of you." Professor McGonagall ushered you three out of the infirmary.

"Who could have done this to Hobi?" You formed a fist, angered at whoever had done this to your dear friend.

"You know what? I think we need to investigate as well." Jungkook suggested. "Who knows who the culprit might be targeting next."

"You're right." Taehyung agreed.

The three of you went back to the dorms and decided to rest for tonight so you could have the energy to find the culprit who did that to Hobi. As you lay down on the bed, you closed your eyes and thought about who could have done this to poor Hobi.

You were in your Defence Against The Dark Arts class with Taehyung and Jungkook, the three of you planning to ask your professor after class if he had found out about Hobi's situation and what might it possibly be.

"Class dismissed." Professor Moody says and everyone started filing out the room and the three of you approached him.

"Professor." You called him.

"Huh? What is it, you lot?" He asked.

"Have you heard about what happened to Jung?" You asked your professor.

"Have I heard? I knew everything about it! That poor lad was cursed, such advanced curse no student in this school can properly perform yet unless you have experience as an Auror or part of the army that served Grindelwald." He said.

"Who could have possibly done it? Did someone infiltrate the school?" You asked.

"It's best you leave it to your professors. Do not get involved if you don't want any trouble coming your way." Professor Moody said and ushered you out of the classroom.

"That was..eerie," Jungkook said once you got out of the classroom.

"Who could have possibly done it to poor Hobi?" You bit your lip, trying to think of a possible culprit.
