Chapter 19

Your year is going to a trip to Hogsmeade today. You were always excited every trip to Hogsmeade since you wanted to buy a lot of stuff and food, more on candy though, and your favorite butter beer.

"Last one to Honeydukes is buying us butterbeer!" You said and ran.

"Hey! You had a head start that's not fair!" Jungkook said and ran, followed by Taehyung.

You arrived first at Honeydukes, followed by Jungkook and Taehyung was the last to arrive.

"Fine, I'll pay for the butterbeer." Taehyung sighed.

The three of you went inside and surprisingly, you saw Jimin and Yoongi.

"Hey! Didn't expect to see you guys here." You greeted both of them.

"Jimin here is really fond of sweets, especially pumpkin pasties," Yoongi said.

"How about you, Yoongs? Do you like sweets?" You asked him.

"No, I don't. I just buy these chocolate frogs to collect the cards and give the chocolate to Jimin." Yoongi answered.

"So you're a wizard card collector?" Taehyung's eyes sparkled since he also collects wizard cards but rarely finds someone who does.

"You could say that." Yoongi chuckled and Taehyung smiled brightly and talked more to Yoongi. Jungkook ran off to see his friend, Yugyeom near the acid pops.

"I didn't know you like sweets. To be honest, I thought you'd hate them." You said to Jimin.

"There's a lot of things you don't know about me, Y/N." Jimin smirked.

"Ooh mysterious Park Jimin." You mocked him.

"Whatever." Jimin rolled his eyes. "What sweets would you like, Y/N? My treat." He says.

"Really?!" Your eyes brighten up when he offered to buy you sweets.

"Yes. Go on pick something you like." He said.

You started getting a packet of droobles, fizzing whizbees, and a box of Bertie Bott's every flavored beans. Jimin paid for everything, and of course, you thanked him for it.

You and Jimin waited for Yoongi and Taehyung to pay for the chocolate frogs they got and Jungkook who was still chatting with Yugyeom when you saw Jin and Namjoon walk in.

"Hey, isn't that your Ravenclaw friend?" Jimin asked you.

"Yeah.." You replied when suddenly you saw Jin hold hands with Namjoon. You quickly grabbed Jimin's hand and pushed him behind some shelves.

"What?" Jimin whispered.

"Shush!"

"Don't shush—" Jimin was cut off by you covering his mouth. His back leaned against the shelf while you were peeking from his shoulder to see what Jin and Namjoon were doing. Jimin was starting to get nervous as you pressed yourself against him. You saw Jin letting Namjoon's hand go when Taehyung and Yoongi approached them. You thought you saw it differently but confirmed it when you saw it again. You wondered if they're together or if they really are just good friends and you know that Taehyung always holds Jungkook's hand but not like that, and never intertwined, he only holds Jungkook when he pulls him to walk faster or when he's playfully sitting beside him but Jin and Namjoon were walking casually and Jin was looking at Namjoon in a different way than he looks at you, it was as if Jin is in love?

"You know you can tell me if you wanted some alone time with me," Jimin smirked at you and there you realized you were leaning on his chest with your hand on his shoulder.

"What?! No!" You said and backed off of him. "Let's just go." You said and was about to walk away when Jimin held your hand and pulled you back. He snaked his arm around your waist making you flustered. The two of you were quiet and stared into each other's eyes. No, you don't like Jimin like that but something made you feel as if you do really like him like that. He lowers his head and leans on to you.

"What are you two doing?" Yoongi suddenly arrived. Arms crossed.

"Hyung!" Jimin exclaimed and pushed you away.

"I was just talking to Jimin a-about something. Come on let's go get some butterbeer I'm thirsty haha." You quickly made your way back to Taehyung and Jungkook without waiting for Yoongi to respond.

"Where have you been?" Jungkook asked.

"Jimin bought me treats." You said and showed them your bag of treats. "Come on, I'm dying to taste butterbeer again." You said and hooked your right arm on Jungkook and Taehyung on the left.

All of you went to the Three Broomsticks for butterbeer which Taehyung paid for.

"Do you have any news on what happened to Hoseok?"  Yoongi asked.

"I'm afraid not. The professors are keeping it to themselves asking us to stop meddling in it." You answered. "Something just doesn't sit right!" You banged your fist on the table.

"The ministry's already involved but I haven't heard anything from my father," Jimin said.

"But Yoongi, your father's an Auror. You sure he hasn't heard from Professor Moody?" Jungkook asked.

"He had, the only thing is that my father won't tell me. He even used an anti-eavesdropping charm on me when he went to professor Moody's classroom yesterday." Yoongi shrugged.

"Looks like they really trying to keep us in the dark," Taehyung said.

"And it should stay that way." Namjoon cut off your conversation and decided to join in with Jin.

"You lot better not be planning on getting involved with Hobi's case," Jin said firmly.

"We weren't, Hyung," Taehyung said and winked at you which earned him a smack from his brother, Jin.

"I'm serious guys," Jin said.

Jin was worried enough that the lot of you would get yourselves into trouble, he knows you don't like looking for trouble but trouble usually finds you that is why he's so worried.

"We'll keep away, Ji—Seokjin. I promise." You said.

After that, all of you were enjoying your butterbeer and shared a light conversation until it was time to go back to the castle. Jin and Namjoon had walked together leaving the five of you together. Jimin and Yoongi were talking about something and Taehyung nudged you.

"Did something seem suspicious with Joon and my brother?" Taehyung asked you in the lowest volume he could.

"I bet you 10 galleons they're dating." Jungkook snickered which earned him a smack from Taehyung.

"I'm not in the mood for jokes, Gguk." Taehyung growled.

"Hey, calm down. I'm sure they're just really close friends." You reassured Taehyung although you were suspicious earlier about them holding hands and looking fondly at each other. Could it be that your long-time crush turns out to be gay and that's why no girl had ever caught his eyes since the day he first stepped into Hogwarts because a guy has caught his attention?
