"Zee, can you come help me with this zipper? I think I got it stuck in the fabric again," Sarah asked as she walked into Zoe's bedroom.

"Give me thirty seconds," Zoe said as she finished applying her lipstick. She turned and saw that Sarah had indeed zipped up a bit of fabric. Carefully pulling the zipper down, she released the fabric and zipped up Sarah's dress. "This is why sometimes you have to try a dress on in the store, so you know how much of a bitch it is to get in and out of."

"That's what you keep telling me," Sarah turned and smiled. "Damn girl. You're going to knock that boy's socks off tonight."

Zoe smiled as she gave herself a final once over. She wore a strapless black cocktail dress with a corset top, causing her breasts to be pushed up while the bottom part came to her knees in the front and went a few inches shorter in the back. She had put on a smoky eye with a wine shade of lipstick. She had taken the time to curl her hair and had it pinned up, so the curls hung down her back to her shoulders. She grabbed a pair of black stilettoes from her closet and walked out into the living room where Sarah was running her fingers along the lilies Colton had bought.

"I can't believe you guys already had a fight," Sarah said as Zoe sat on the sofa.

"It wasn't a fight so much as a misunderstanding," Zoe said slipping on her shoes. "No big deal."

Sarah laughed. "Big enough where he thought he needed to buy you flowers."

The intercom buzzed and Sarah answered it. "Who is it?" she asked in a sing song voice.

"The love of your life and your roommate's boyfriend is parking his car now, so wait two minutes and buzz us up," Davis said.

"Well, at least you know how punctual he'll be for any date you have," Sarah said, laughing as she grabbed her purse off the counter. The intercom buzzed again, and Sarah let them up. "Hey, I was thinking. Since Davis and I are spending tonight here, why don't we all go together in just one car."

Zoe nodded her head as she checked her clutch. "Run it by the guys. I left my lipstick in my room. I'll be right back."

There was a knock at the door. Sarah watched as Zoe went into her room and opened it. Davis smiled as he walked in. "You look amazing," he said as he wrapped Sarah up in a hug, moving aside to let Colton in.

"You too love," Sarah said as she stepped back. "We were thinking. Since all of us are going tonight and we're spending the night here, why not just take one car."

"Sounds like a plan to me," Colton said looking around. He spotted Zoe walking out of her bedroom and his jaw dropped. She smiled at him as she walked over to him. "Wow. You look incredible baby," he pulled her over to him and kissed her gently.

She smiled against his lips. "You look amazing as well." She stepped back and took in the sight of him. His black dress pants were tailored to be tight, but with enough room to move. He wore a silver and black vest under a black suitcoat with a white shirt and black silk tie. She looked around. "Where's Dale?"

"He decided to take his own car tonight. I told him I'd meet him outside at 7." Colton said. "So, we'd better get going before we're late." He looked at Davis. "We can take my car if you want."

"Oh, does that mean we'll get the backseat?" Sarah asked with a giggle as she wrapped herself against Davis.

Zoe shook her head. "I don't know what you think you two can do in a five-minute car ride, but let's go." The three of them laughed as they headed out.

"Ok, I've never done anything like this before, so what can I expect tonight?" Colton asked as they got into the car. They buckled up and headed for the company.
