Chapter 14

"So, that was fun," Colton said as the party ended.

"See, nothing to be afraid of," Zoe said as they made their way outside with Sarah and Davis right behind them. Colton handed the valet his ticket.

"Well, I wouldn't say that," he said as he grabbed her hand, interlacing his fingers with hers. "Robert really talked us up to everyone tonight."

She smiled and gave his hand a little squeeze. "I've told you before. I have faith in us. We'll be great."

"So, Colton," Sarah asked. "Coming over to our place for after party pizza?"

Colton looked at Zoe. "After party pizza?"

Zoe laughed. "After every promotional party, Sarah and I order a pizza because neither of us remember to eat beforehand and don't really do it at the party." She looked at Davis. "Are you spending the night?"

"Oh yeah," he said. "My favorite part of the promotional party is the after party pizza."

Zoe laughed and wrapped an arm around Colton's waist. "Sorry I forgot to mention it earlier. Otherwise, you could have just spent the night again."

Colton smiled and kissed her. "Good thing Sarah mentioned it earlier when I called her. I have my clothes in the car." Zoe looked at him and then at Sarah.

Sarah laughed. "He told me he pissed you off and wanted to get you flowers, we got to talking a bit and I mentioned our pizza thing."

Zoe smiled at her. "And that's why you're my best friend." She looked at Colton. "Want to spend another night at my place?"

"Like you have to ask," he said as he kissed her again. "You know how much I love a sleepover."

"What kind of pizza are we getting?" Sarah asked as Zoe opened the door and kicked off her shoes. Sarah slipped off hers before she let Colton and Davis in the door. She and Davis headed for her room.

Zoe dropped her clutch on the counter. She pulled out her phone and checked it. She sighed loudly before she felt two arms circle her waist from behind. She smiled and leaned back, taking in the scent of his cologne.

Colton kissed her neck as he sat on one of the barstools. "Everything ok baby?"

She stroked his arms around her waist. "Yeah, just a couple of missed calls from my sisters. But that is something I'll deal with tomorrow." She tilted her head back and kissed his lips. He brought up one of his hands and grabbed her hair gently pulling her head back, deepening the kiss as he slid his tongue between her lips with a moan.

"I AM SO HUNGRY," Sarah yells from her room.

Zoe smiled as she pulled away from his lips. "That's code for 'we're coming out now'."

Colton laughed as Sarah and Davis came out of her room dressed in their pajamas. "Ok, so what kind of pizza are we getting?" Davis asked.

"I think I'm just going to get a salad tonight," Zoe said as she stepped away from Colton. "I've had a lot of junk food this weekend."

"Really?" Sarah said, shock in her voice.

Zoe smiled. "No. I want a large meat lover's pizza." The they all laughed as Zoe went into her clutch and pulled out some money. She handed it to Sarah. "I'm going to take a shower and get this make up off." She and Colton made their way to her bedroom.

"Do you want breadsticks?" Davis yelled after her as they walked away.

"Duh," She responded with as Colton chuckled. She turned and looked at him. "What?"
