𝚆𝙰𝚃𝙴𝚁𝙲𝙾𝙻𝙾𝚁𝙴𝙳 𝙴𝚈𝙴𝚂

𝙲𝙷𝙰𝙿𝚃𝙴𝚁 𝟼

After getting that text from maddy asking to come over i'll admit grew a little anxious i was surprised she even asked to come. 

Getting a text that said she was outside i hop off my bed and head down stairs, i told her not to knock cause i didn't want my mom or sister to wake up. opening the door there she is and even though she isn't in her usual expressive outfits she still looks beautiful to me. "Hey" she says her hands in her pockets shuffling her feet on the ground i greet her back and open the door wider so she can enter.

"let's go to my room" i nod my head in the direction of upstairs. Shrugging her shoulders we make our way to my room trying to be quiet. Getting to my room i close the door softly after she enters "i was surprised you asked to come over" i state as she sits down and on my bed and i sit at my desk. "i was surprised you texted me, why?" she asks her hands in her lap and i could tell she felt a little out of place. "because even though i don't know you i would like to get to know you." i simply state as i see her mouth hang open a little so i continue "also you seem like a kind person under all that glamor and stone cold attitude."

Now that really left her in shock " you don't even know me" she says as her eyes knit together "that's why i just said i want to get to know you." standing up i go to put on my jacket and slides "what are you doing?" she asks looking confused "let's go for a drive we can take my car, we can even stop by that diner down the street that's open all night i want a milkshake." " you'll get me one to right?" she asks Getting up and following behind me "of course" i say smiling down at her as i hold the front door open for her to walk out.

This i have to say honestly is the most i've smiled in a while. i've had a fair share of girlfriends back in italy but i don't know it was just something about maddy, maybe it was the way she carried herself and didn't give a fuck of what others thought, or maybe it was me wanting to tare back her layers and see the real side of her but whatever it was had me really attracted to her and a need to protect her. On the way to the diner we each expressed our taste for music some of the songs i picked she was honest with her dislike for and others she actually really enjoyed and in return i listened to hers.

Getting to the diner i was glad no one was in there except a old man eating waffles. Getting to the counter i get a chocolate milkshake while she gets strawberry one " ew" i say putting on a disgusted face "ew? what you don't like strawberries or something," she asks putting on a playful defensive face " no no i like strawberries just not in the form of a shake" i say paying for our order "you're fucking weird" she says "maybe" is all i say back as we grab our milkshakes and go walk to my car. As we drive around just simply enjoying each other's presence a song comes on that maddy apparently recognizes. "Ooooh this is my song" she states as a big grin forms on her face looking down at my phone of the name it's middle of the night by a artist named Elley.

Looking over at maddy i can't help but be hypnotized as she dances in her seat turning the volume up she lets down her window. looking back and forth between the road and her not wanting us to crash, but every time i look back over at her i keep getting even more lost she looks so ethereal as the wind is blowing her hair then it's when she looks at me and we make eye contact she smiles and i knew then that i had fallen for maddy perez.

I wanted to know every aspect of her i wanted her to only smile at me, to come to me about her problems so i could comfort her about it, i wanted to kiss her anytime i wanted cause i wanted her to be mine, she gave me euphoria just by looking my way.

Continuing to drive back to mine i'm caught off guard as maddy suddenly yells "hey wait!" "geez your gonna have us cash scaring me what is it?" i ask turning down the music. "That park right there let's go to it" she says as she points in its direction "why" i ask a little confused " why not" she says in a challenging tone. Shaking my head with a smirk on my face i slow the car to pull into the parking lot of the park. Once putting the car in park she immediately hopes out running over to the monkey bars and i get out straying not far behind. "Don't fall" say a little concern in my voice "i won't i've got this" she says swinging from one bar to the other till she makes it across and jumps down.

"You come do it, impress me" she says as well if she's challenging me. Walking over to the bars i take my hands out my pockets and start swinging from one to the other and deciding to impress her just like she asked i flip myself over it dangling from my feet. Seeing maddy walked in front of me i look at her from an upside down angle i smile victoriously "fucking show off you look like a spider monkey" she says with her arms crossed smiling. you told me to impress you now do i get a reward?" i ask laughing, walking closer to me she grabs my face in her hands and i swear my eyes turned into saucers as her lips connect with mine and fireworks explode in my chest like i was kissing a girl for the first time i could only hope she felt the same. pulling back she has a soft smile on her face, getting down off the bars feeling a little dizzy trying to steady myself she grabs my shoulders smile still not disappearing "what was that for?" i ask still stunned by what just happened "it was a thank you for tonight you actually listened to me and made me feel better i felt so alone after everything that's happened but when you text me a simple hey i don't know it meant something to me."

Taking her hands in mine i look at her beautiful brown eyes i decide to just lay it all on the table " i like you maddy and i know we haven't known each other for too long but i can't help it and i know you still probably have feelings for nate but i don't care cause i know he's not good for you, but i would never pressure you to get with me or something, but i will tell you that i'll wait, i'll wait until you feel ready for something better.

Speaking my words firmly i push a piece of fallen hair out her face she's completely frozen in her place eyes never leaving mine "you don't have to say anything i just wanted to let you know that before tonight was over and had to get back to real life, but let's get you home." Dropping my hand i grab hers and we make our way back to my car. the ride back to mine was silent and that honestly worried me. Both of us getting out i walk her to her car and she gets in letting her side of the window down she looks up at me. "You really took me off guard lorenzo" she says "i know i'm sorry" i say leaning down on her car "but i feel the same i wouldn't have kissed you if i didn't feel something but you're also right about me still having feelings for nate" seeing my face turn into a frown and my brows furrow she continues "but your something different i can tell just let me sort stuff out in my life cause i'm really fucked up right now." she says in a low saddened tone.

"Well it's like i said i'll wait for however long you need, bye maddy" i say backing up from the car she smiles softly before pulling out the drive way as i just watch her drive away.
