It was the night of winter formal and it seemed everyone was on one. Rue and jules had their own issues they were dealing with which was a lot, and i honestly wanted no involvement especially when they had both come to me separately seeking advice and i knew they wouldn't like me saying i don't think they should be together so i gave no input.

on the other hand me and cassie had gotten pretty close the past couple days, she was really sweet and smart and i feel like people really overlooked that side of her. I was sitting at the table with rue and everyone including maddy which i must say was kinda awkward but i tried my best not to let it show. It seemed nate had brought someone entirely different to the dance so i figured her and him were broken up at the moment, but by the way nate was starring at maddy while he grabbed on the girls ass he was with and she rolled her eyes it was only a matter of time before they got back together.

Music blasted in the gymnasium as everyone danced having a good time while we just sat here. Turning to cassie who was leaning on her hand "hey wanna dance?" i asked her gesturing to the dance floor. Seeing her nod her head and instantly smile i stand up and grab her hand making our way to the dance floor moving past people. everyone was dancing pretty seductively as the music played and even though i asked her to dance i couldn't bust a move to save my life "sorry i'm a bad dancer" i told her not really sure on what to do "trust me it's fine just don't think about it to much,feel the music" she said grabbing my hands and putting them on her waist. So i listened to what she said and felt the music we were moving in sync with each other not paying much mind to the other people dancing around us smiling as i spinned her around so her back was against me the low dim lights setting the mood even more in the gym.

Back at the table maddy was starring absolute daggers at Lorenzo and cassie as she watched them dance. She had no right to be jealous but she couldn't help it she knew she had feelings for lorenzo but just didn't know how to act on them she wasn't even paying nate anymore mind which he seemed to notice. "um maddy are you ok?" kat asked looking at her friend a little frightened by how insane she looked "i'm fine" maddy responded back with a quick tone.

After the song was over me and cassie were making our way back to the table when i told her i was going to use the bathroom. Nodding her head she went back over to our section while i made my way to the bathroom and on the way there i didn't miss the glare nate sent my way. washing my hands after using the bathroom i look up in the mirror when i hear the door open and close to see maddy with her arms folded "men only sweetheart" i said going back to washing my hands "so..you and cassie?" she asked ignoring my comment looking up at her confused i respond "what?" walking closer she said "don't what me you heard what i said" she was now a few feet away from me "if your implying that me and her are a thing your wrong we're just friends,but why should you even care?" i ask her drying my hands. "Cause she's my friend wanna make sure she's not getting involved with anyone she shouldn't" maddy said trying to make her reasoning believable "are you sure it's that or do you not want her to be with me for another reason?" i ask raising a brow "ugh as if" she said rolling her eyes "right,now why don't you go argue with your boyfriend then get back together" i said and i knew i struck a nerve "your a fucking cunt!" she replied now in my face and i too was getting a little heated "i don't care i'll be that i mean why do you even care now you obviously chose him now go be with him!"

I shouted right back at her as she just did me, she was now breathing pretty heavy and it looked like she was thinking about something really hard and it definitely caught me off guard she instantly kissed me and i'd lie saying i didn't kiss her back. moving back into the sink grabbing her hips it had been so long since i kissed her i didn't even realize how much i needed it till now, but this kiss was different it was more passionate it was everything built up between us finally pouring out. All the built up tension had finally boiled over, pulling back from the kiss we looked at each other for a moment panting "you're gonna break up with him, your gonna be done with him for good because after this i don't think i can let you walk out and get back together with him." i stated firmly to her looking directly in her eyes making it known i wasn't playing anymore games either she wanted all of me or none of me at all and i desperately hoped she wanted all of me just like i wanted all of her because despite everything i burned for maddy perez.

Seeing her nod her head "no i need to hear you say it."

"Yes i'm going to break up with nate, i'm done with him" and that's all it took for us to go back to our heated make out session kissing down to her neck hearing her let out a soft moan i hike her dress up "is this ok?" i ask her just to be sure "yes" she said with anticipation in her voice my hands roam her thighs then making their way to her ass then going back to kissing her i bring my right hand to her underwear starting to rub my hand against her which resulted in her letting out a throaty moan. pulling back i grab a hold of her chin making her look directly into my eyes "now i want you to remember this feeling when you break the news to him that you guys are done and i'm not kidding around understand?" seeing her nod i help her with her dress and we walk out the bathroom separately like nothing happened. "Geez where did you guys go the dance is over? kat asked once we made it back to the table "i had to take a shit" i say nonchalant which caused them to make a disgusted face while maddy laughed. getting ready to walk out the building maddy stops me " hey i'll be right back" she says watching her walk over to nate i can imagine it was a quick "i'm done with you" by how fast it went before she made her way back over to me smiling "ok we can go" and we walk out the gym my hand on her back not even noticing cassie far behind looking on at the gesture tears pricked her eyes but didn't dare spill she knew they had something and she DEFINITELY didn't like that.
