"Hinata and Tsukishima!" Keishin Ukai called, reeling the two mentioned individuals in front of him to listen to whatever he had to say. "Yes?" They both asked in unison.
K. Ukai: "Since you two are Middle Blockers, you have to be able to use blocks as your weapon.. I need you to be so good at blocking, you could stop Ushiwaka. Keep that in mind for today's practice match, too.."
Hinata: "Gotcha'.."
Tsukishima: "Right.."
"There's no way we could block Ushiwaka.." Tsukishima
Y/N P.O.V
"Hello.." You announced as usual, lacking any enthusiasm before entering the gym wearing a white t-shirt, the uniform shorts, kneepads, volleyball shoes, and a bag that contained everything needed.
K Ukai: "What took you long?" He asked in wonder, walking with regards to yourself and noticing your habitual bored expression. "Today's one of those days.. when I don't feel like doing anything except sleeping in..."
"You know we have a practice match due in the afternoon, right?" K. Ukai. "I am aware.. but I can tell this won't be my best performance you'll see.. so excuse my incoming mistakes.." You.
A sigh left the older guy's lips before another voice announced themself into the establishment. "Ougi West will arrive in 10 more minutes!" Kiyoko announced, proceeding to wear her own pair of volleyball shoes. "Right!" Everybody replied in unison before resuming their warm ups
3rd Person P.O.V
Kiyoko: "All right, Hitoka-chan.. Would you line up some chairs around the court there? Let's see... Eight of them."
Hitoka: "Uh, right!" She replied as Kiyoko ran somewhere to fix or get something. "If they're heavy, one at a time is fine." She advised.
"I-I'm alright.." Yachi replied in assurance before heading over the stack of chairs in the corner of the court.
Hinata: "Want some help?" He offered with an expression and posture that beamed enthusiasm. the complete opposite of a certain somebody.
Yachi: "N-No no, it's fine! You do your own thing." She refused in a polite manner, nervously waving her arms in front of her.
"Okay, I got it." The orange haired kid replied, using both of his hands to smack himself in the cheeks which dramatically shocked the soul out of Yachi. "I'm not gonna lose today!"
Yachi: "Um... To-Today's match is a practice match, right? Um... I was wondering why you can study so hard.. to play in away games.. and get so fired up for a practice game.."
Hinata: "Huh? Because I want to get stronger and win.." He replied with a confused but serious expression.
"I-I see.. I'm sure you have your reasons.."
