"So we're heading back there again the week after the next? Ugh, I'm tired.." Kinoshita whined inside the clubroom as he lazily changed into a casual attire.
After travelling from Tokyo the whole dawn, nightfall eventually came. Everybody was exhausted and the team meeting had just finished around twenty minutes ago. Now, everyone was preparing to head home.
Nishinoya: "Don't mind it, Kinoshita.. You're probably just tired so you think that way.."
Sugawara: "Yeah, that's totally the case. Also, think about it. We could use this opportunity to improve and become a better team, no?"
"That was the main point of this whole assemblage though. It's held to improve the skills of different schools." You intervened, removing your sweaty white shirt and rumbling through your sports bag for a new untouched shirt.
Daichi: "We'll be heading out first. Whoever's last, lock the room up.." He suddenly announced, preparing to leave with Asahi.
"Hey, wait for me!.." Sugawara called, running after the two. The three individuals eventually walked off and disappeared from sight.
Y/N: "Aren't you done yet? Hurry up, Hisashi.." You hustled, slinging the bag over your shoulder and watching the latter tie his shoelaces.
"Yeah, yeah. Coming.."
...
"Oh, hey, look. The gym's open? I wonder if we forgot to close it up.." Kinoshita wondered, attempting to have a look and go towards it, but he was stopped when you grabbed him by the collar.
Y/N: "Leave it. Kageyama and Shoyo-kun are in there, so they'll close it themselves. Let's go.."
"Huh? How are you so sure?"
"I heard them arguing as we went down the stairs. Something about their quick.."
"Oh.. I see.. Hey, aren't the Inter-High prelims next month? Time flies so fast, it's already around the corner-"
"S-Someone!... Senpai!" Yachi suddenly called, rushing towards the both of you with a terrified expression.
"H-Hinata and K-Kageyama-kun.. They're gonna die! They're gonna die! Please help them!" She pleaded, causing Kinoshita and you, to look at each other.
Y/N: "Those two.."
The three of you ran quickly towards the entrance of the establishment. There, your eyes locked onto the two first-years who were actually fighting.
"If I don't get better, It's not going to work on stronger opponents, either!"
"Hisashi, go stop them.."
"EH? What? Why me?.." He asked, flinching when he saw your expression of loathe towards the two.
Y/N: "Fine, I'll do it.."
Kinoshita: "No, wait! Let me.. There's no need to knock anybody out.." He volunteered, placing his bag on the ground and hastily splitting the two apart.
"Stop it, you two!!"
