Chapter 27

My turn to narrate! Yeah! I'm so excited! *static*

Kibum is bad at using the microphone so he won't be narrating today...

I waved at the fans that screamed and cheered my na-Er, I mean KREST's name- and followed Jiyeon into the conference room before plopping down in my seat. "Where's Hyomin?" a fan asked loudly from the audience.

"She's recording for her drama," Dongjin told the boy with a slightly deadly tone. "But we're all here! ^-^"

The fan nodded with wide eyes and I groaned. "DJ, turn down the creepiness a bit, would you?" Kibum hissed in his ear, whacking him in a somewhat playful manner for the fans.

"I love you Woohyun!!!" someone screamed. I winked in the general direction and blew a kiss. The girls started screaming collectively and Kibum smacked his forehead.

"Anyway, hello everyone! We are KREST! I am Kim Ki Bum as I hope all of you know," he laughed, holding a microphone to his lips. "Thank you for joining us today, August 4th, for KREST's special fan meeting! Almost a year ago, we were tossed in to pop star life. We never dreamed that we would be where we are now. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you!"

I held my card up and flipped my hair with a smile. "Hello Knights! I am Woohyun! Like Kibum just said, thank you from every one of us members. I would like to apologize on behalf of Hyomin, but she had shooting for her drama 'Seolo Kkoyeo Ma-eum', 'Intertwined Hearts', today. If she was able to be here, she would come without a doubt!"

Jiyeon laughed and took a step forward, "It is nice to see so many lovely Knights here today to join us for our very special day!" The boys in the crowd yelled crazily with giddy joy and the girls clapped and cheered happily.

"Alright, who's ready to volunteer?!" Aecha demanded in her squeaky Maknae voice. Everyone cheered and she laughed with amusement. "Let's help some people!"

Allow me to explain quickly... It was KREST volunteer day! We, along with a couple hundred fans went around the country- yes, the country (and sometimes the world)- and helped people that needed assistance with anything. Today, half of us were building houses and the other half was helping out around farms. Normally Hyomin would be in charge of half of the group and Kibum, the other half, but Hyomin wasn't available.

By process of elimination, I was allowed to lead Hyomin's half to build homes and help volunteer construction workers build homes for the slightly less fortunate. Kibum loaded the other half, along with Yuri and Eunsung, into two buses and they started off for the farms outside of the city.

"WHO'S EXCITED TO HELP THE LESS FORTUNATE?!" Dongjin screeched energetically. The fans cheered with happiness and we all stampeded off towards the construction areas with hammers held high.

"Aigoo!" Noona-Dongsaeng whined, waving her hand in front of her mouth. "It's so hot!"

Leo-Hyung quickly held a napkin under mouth and she spit the burning Jajamyeong into it with relief. "Are you okay Hyomin?" he laughed, amused by her coughing.

"I'm fine," she told him with a smile and a nod. "Here Wonsik-Oppa, try this!" She held up her chopsticks with a bit of Galbi. I opened my mouth and she dropped it in my mouth before sitting back as I chewed thoughtfully.

"A+!" I exclaimed, giving her a thumbs up. Hyuk burst into laughter beside me and we all stared at him curiously as he calmed himself down. "Sanghyuk-ah, what's wrong with you?" I asked him teasingly, ruffling his hair.
