I knew the answer when they asked me curiously,
"Who has changed your life the most?"
The answer was you.
You changed my life because you changed me.
You let me grow, and flourish,
Love and cry. Hope and fall.
And never once did you cut me down,
Not once did you block my reach for the sun.
When I think of all I have achieved,
I think of you who stood by, and let me burn bright.
