Bucky and Y/N

Chapter 10

The following day you woke to find yourself alone in a hospital bed. You looked at the door and saw Bucky walking back in just in a towel. You noticed how low it sat on his hips. You admired his body; you knew that he was muscular, but you were shocked at his abs' chiselled.

Y/N - that is one way to wake me up.

Bucky - *turning around* Well, good morning to you. *he walked over and kissed you on the forehead* Bruce came in and said I was good, and I can start to go back to training on Monday, but just to take it easy.

Y/N - good to know. *smirking* not that I don't love this look, but what do you say about putting on some clothes?

Bucky - *laughing* yeah, Steve has gone upstairs to get me something. He said that by helping me, he could get out of being made to do something for thanksgiving.

Y/N - How lazy. I thought he would be all over helping out as the big CA. *you both laughed* Well, I need to go and get into my dress I made for this very occasion. I'll wait here till lazy bones returns.

Bucky - don't let him hear that, or he will challenge you to a push-up contest.

You both laugh, and Steve walks in.

Steve - what is so funny?

Y/N - nothing *in a high pitched voice*

Steve - okay, well, Buck, here are your clothes, and I will see you soon.

You and Steve walked out of the room so Bucky could get changed.

Y/N - Steve, can you do me a favour?

Steve - yes, sure

Y/N - can you keep an eye on Bucky today. I know you are his best friend and would do it without me asking, but you know what Tony is like when it comes to family. He will want Morgan, Pepper and me to be a family, and he might start to forget that the rest of you are his family as well. I just don't want Bucky to feel like he has been forgotten or left out.

Steve - Of course. I will always make sure he is included. He did it without question when we were kids, and I wasn't included.

Y/N - Thanks. Oh, and just a heads up, he had a pretty bad nightmare last night...

Steve - Thanks, I'll see if he wants to chat about it, but I doubt he will.

You smiled, called for Willow and went upstairs to your room. You had a shower, shaved and washed your hair. Willow lay on her bed, watching you as your got yourself ready. You blow-dried your hair and set it in rollers. You were wearing your silk roble and sat at your desk and were about to start your make up when there was a knock at the door.

Y/N - come in

Nat and Wanda opened the door and walked straight over to you.

Wanda - Oh my goodness! You are finally alone!

Nat - Wanda!

Wanda - What?! She has spent so much time with Bucky...

Nat - true, but it is cute to see them.

Y/N - girls, can we just get ready? I have to be ready for Tony's Thanksgiving posts he will want me and morgan to look picture perfect.
