Chapter 6

I was fighting with Dimitri so he would let me go and help, but he insisted on me not to come. I then became furious.

"Why not Comrade?! You think that no one will die trying to kill all of them Strigoi? If you die I will want to die with you Dimitri! I don't know what I wou-" I then stopped talking when Dimitri came in front of me and kissed me so loving. He then stopped.

"Roza, I will tell Lissa to let you come but you will need to be careful, okay?"
"Of course, dont worry Comrade." I then smiled at him and he leaned in and kissed me, again loving.

"Later?" I said smiling, and he knew what I meant.
"Later." He said then kissing me again.

He then left our room to go and tell Lissa, and I left to go to the cafeteria. I was starving. I had pancakes. Since it was morning for vampires and night for humans. Worst part of all, I was eating alone.

When I was done I left to go back into my room when one of Lissa's guardians stopped me.

"Queen Vasilisa would like to speak with you and Guardian Belikov."
I nodded and they led me into a big room with a long table in the middle and chairs here and there. There was Lissa and my Dimitri. God he was gorgeous.

"Liss? What's wrong?"
"Nothing, but Dimitri told me you want to help with the Strigoi attack, he told me you're whole conversation you two had not long ago and I have decided to let you go. But, you cannot kill lots of Strigoi, make sure you protect your stomach and try and protect more guardians, okay?"
"Yes you're majesty." Me and Dimitri walked out of the room.

"You didn't tell her about .. You know.?"
"Of course not Roza." He then looked at me and smiled, then he wrapped his hand around my hand and held it until we got to our room. I went into the kitchen to get a glass of water and watch some T.V. I then slept on the couch. I was having a horrible dream about Dimitri leaving me, all of my friends and familty dead and most of all, Lissa was no longer my friend. I woke up with Dimitri shaking me.

"Roza? Roza are you okay?"
"I had a bad dream.." Tears streaming down my eyes.
"Don't worry everything is going to be okay.."
I then started to cry in his chest, he then cupped his hands with my cheeks and I gazed into his chocolate eyes. Was he really mine? Am I dreaming my whole life? He then kissed me passionately. We kept on kissing for a long time until he grabbed my legs, lifted me up and walked me to the bed, still kissing me. I think he was a professional or something because he then took my top and jeans off in seconds.

"I love you Roza."
"I love you too."
He then laid near me. I looked at his eyes, he then put his hand on my cheek and kissed me again. I then fell asleep.

I woke up with a note near me.
"Dear Roza, Lissa needed me to help her with the list of people who volunteered to come help us attack. I didn't want to wake you because you looked so beautiful, Love Dimitri xxx."

I got up, brushed my teeth and hair, had a quick shower and got dressed. All under 20 minutes. New record Rose. I then left the room and stumbled into someone. Christian Ozera.

"Hey Rose, you haven't seen Lissa have you? I need to talk to her."
"What's wrong? I haven't seen her yet but have you seen Dimitri?"
"I saw him not long ago in the cafeteria."
"Lissa needed help from Dimitri because he left a note near my bed."
"Come on then!"

We went into the cafeteria and asked guardians if they saw Lissa or Dimitri, they said they saw Dimitri walk in the meeting room. That's where me and Christian went to. When we got there I knocked lightly and opened the door slowly. I saw Dimitri and Lissa with lots of papers. When he saw me, he got up a walked towards me and then kissed me. Christian went to Lissa and started to talk to her.

"Is everything okay there?" I asked worried.
"Yeah, it's nothing." Lissa said afterwards.

"Are you feeling any better then before Rose?"
"Yes I'm feeling 100% better." I then looked at my stomach and touched it lightly. Dimitri looked at me, proud in his eyes. We walked back to the table and started discussing here and there.

"Right for now we have Guardian Dimitri,Guardian Rose,Guardian Alberta,Guardian Eddie,Guardian Mikhail,Christian Ozera,Mia Rinaldi,Adrian Ivashkov........" And so it went on and on and on.

When this little meeting ended, me and Dimitri left.
"So do we still have to go to the meeting later on? Cause I don't think I'm up for it.."
"Don't worry Rose, we don't need to go because that's all Lissa will say in the other meeting."
"Great, Anyway today we have a check-up. You coming?" I said while dancing a bit. Dimitri started to laugh.
"Of course I'm coming!" He then put his arm on my shoulder and rubbed my stomach.
"My life is becoming amazing Roza." I then looked at him a kissed him.

We got to the clinic just in time. I layed down on the bed and the doctor came in. Dr. Abramov.
"Dr. Abramov? I thought you only worked in Russia?"
"I transfered so I could help you since I'm the only one that really understands how you got pregnant and that. So today we are going to check on the baby, it's health and if it's growing properly."
"When will we get to know the gender?" Asked Dimitri.
"Well Rose only has been pregnant for almost a month, so I'm guessing around 3 to 4 months into the pregnancy."
"Oh well okay, thank you doctor." Dimitri said sadly.
"Now I'm going to put this gel on you, now it is very cold." She then raised my top and saw that the stomach grew faster than she expected.
"My,my Rose, how fast you're stomach has grown!"
"Is that good or bad?" I said scared.
"Thats good!" Dr. Abramov happily. "Now let's check on it."

The gel was freezing cold. I couldn't help but look at the screen and tear up to the fact that I'm pregnant!
'My Rose... Rose?"
"What's wrong?!" Dimitri said scared.
"Nothing's wrong it's just that, Rose is going to have .... twins!"
"Oh my god really?!" Me and Dimitri burst out smiling and hugged each other so hard.

Me. Rose Hathaway, was going to have twins.
