Chapter 17

"Roza, stop." Dimitri said to me, resting his hand on my hip.
"No, I'm worried Dimitri! One of our girls is a moroi, it worries me, and I don't know why." I said to him, sitting down on our bed, rubbing my temples.

"We will take care of her. Robyn will be a guardian when older, and we will all take care of Rozalina, everything will be fine." He held my hand and I looked deep into his eyes.

He kissed my forehead and walked to the kitchen.

Dimitri's phone started to ring. It was Christian. I answered and heard Christian panting.

"Dimitri?" He asked.
"No it's Rose, what's wrong?" I asked him.
"It's Lissa." He said.
"What happened?"

"She's no where to be found. I looked everywhere. Our home, cafeteria, church, meeting area. I can't find her Rose!" He yelled, panicking.

"What's wrong?" Dimitri asked me. I handed him his phone and he started talking to Christian.

"We will find her, don't worry." Dimitri said before ending the phone call.

"What now?" I asked.
"I am going to inform every guardian, every moroi and dhampir so they will search for her." Oh no..

He opened the front door, me following him. We walked to the cafeteria area and parted our ways.

I walked to Eddie.

"Have you seen Lissa?" I asked him.
"No why? What's happened?" He asked me.
"She's no where to be found." His eyes widened when I said that.

"Everyone!" I heard Dimitri shout.
"Queen Vasalisa is missing, who has seen her in the past hour or so, please inform a guardian. We are trying our very best to find her now." He said to everyone.

There was silence in the cafeteria. I looked over to Eddie. He was just thinking.

"Do you think Christian knows?" He asked.
"He's the one that informed us about her being missing, he checked everywhere for her but couldn't find her." I said to him.
"Where did he look?"
"Their home, cafeteria, church and meeting area."

"What if, someone took her?" He said to me.
"There are guards all around her, I doubt someone could have took her." I told him.
"Maybe when she was alone."

He could be right.

"Roza? We are going to plan a schedule on searching for her alright?" Dimitri said to me.
"Okay, tell me later on okay?" I kissed his cheek and he walked off.

Everyone around me were either staring at me or talking about Lissa. Eddie was still thinking.

"What now Eddie?" I asked him.
"What if, if.."
"If what Eddie? Spit it out!" I told him.
"What if Strigoi took her?"

What if Strigoi took her...
