It had been two days since she had last spoke to Eiven, their fight had left an incredibly tense atmosphere among the crew. But Ember had already decided she was not going to be the first one to speak. Instead she had befriended the cabin boy who had taken it apon himself to bring her her meals. She learned his name was Colby and he was 16 years old, his mother had died when he was little and his father was a bit of a drunk. So when he turned 14 he joined Eiven's crew.
According to Colby, Eiven wasn't as bad as he seemed but Ember wouldn't hear any of it. He had eventually given up in the solving the situation and just became her companion. He even brought her a pair of his clothes, claiming her dress was beyond disgusting! She had to give it to him, he had a sense of humor. Ember was running all of this through her head when the door bust open revealing a nervous looking Colby.
"We're coming up on land Miss Ember!" he exclaimed. "Are you sure you don't want to ask Eiven to stay? This port is known for it's shadiness!"
"Colby I have told you a hundred times to call me Ember!" she playfully admonished "As for your question, no I'm not going to go running to him begging to stay. I'm more than done with this nonsense and I'm returning home."
"Well if your minds set ma'am you need to watch your back and keep your dagger ready. The streets aren't safe for a lady by herself." he said almost sad she was leaving.
Just as she was about to respond they heard Eiven start to shout orders to the crew indicating they were about to pull into port. Ember looked at Colby with an excited and mischevious glint in her eyes before rushing past him and onto the deck.

Eiven had done a pretty good job at ignoring Ember but he was almost disappointed to see her go. There was no stalling it anymore, he was going to let her go. Eiven was snapped out of his thoughts by his first mate coming to his side. The crew had followed his orders too a tee and now it was time to go and stock the ship back up and sell their stolen goods.
"Felix, sell our loot and buy the ship's supplies and what we need to patch the holes in the ship." Eiven ordered. "We'll spend two days in town, the men can have tonight and tomorrow we fix the ship."
"Okay cap't" Felix replied shortly.
As Felix started to relay Eiven's orders to the crew, Eiven looked down at the deck of the ship. The men's excited spirits reflected clearly on their faces, everyone seemed so happy too get off the ship. Ember looked to be one the happiest, she was standing right along the edge of the deck in a loose white shirt and loose black pants rolled up at the top. Had she broken into his chest again and taken his clothes?
No, his clothes would have completely swallowed her figure, there was still a hint of her curves beneath those baggy clothes. In no time at all the crew was putting it's anchor down about 150ft from sure and loading into the row boats. Eiven watched her jump into one of the row boats, acting a little bit more comfortable around the crew and animatidly talking to Colby. For whatever reason, seeing her talking to him so intently and happily really infuriated him. No wonder he hadn't seen the boy on deck very often lately, he was entertaining Miss Trent.
A few different men in the crew started to row, bringing all of them closer too shore. Eiven almost couldn't wait, he really wanted a drink and maybe to find a good whore. That would help rid his thoughts of Ember!
