Easton........... Schreave........ Easton............ Easton Young. I looked down at the star birthmark on my hand. How could? How could I be related to Mia Schreave? Liam or Ryan Schreave? Even Hailey Schreave?

They were all my cousins. My pressy cousins, my mom would always tell me.

As I looked up, trying to excape my thoughts, a crack of thunder made me jump. Even in Lakedon, this weather was normal. My home was two point five miles from the school that I attended. I often walked alone down the dirt path.

My twin sister, Cassidy, was much more popular than me. She had admires, friends, everything I didn't.
Then it happen.

I stopped.
"Hello?" Was all I said, as I looked at the girl lying on the road. I moved her arm with my foot. A chill run down my spine. She began to shake, uncontrollably. In the heat of the moment, I picked her up and sprinted toward my house.

As I approached the house I began to call to my mother.
"Mother. Mom. MOM!" She ran out of the house towards me.
"Easton! What is it?!" Then she noticed the girl in my arms. The girl had stopped shaking by now and was lying still in my arms. "Who is she?" My mother asked.

"I don't know. I found her in the road. She must have collapsed." My mom looked at her with cold eyes.

"Just this once Easton." She walked back towards the house and I followed with that girl in my arms, her blonde hair drapped over my arm. I set her down on the couch softly, scared her body would crumble. My mom brought out a wet wash cloth and set it on her forehead. I kneeled down next to the couch and begin to move her blond hair from her face.

I could see she hadn't eaten in days from the way her body looked. My mom gave me a glass of cool water and told me to, when she woke up, to make her drink the entire thing.

I sat there watching her, wanting to see a sign that she would wake up.
Then she let out a breath and I froze.
She opened her eyes.

She stared at me with those piercing green eyes. I swallowed the lump in my throat.

"What... what is your name?" And after I said that I remembered the water my mom had given me for her.

I moved the cup to fast and spilled it all over her and the couch. She gasped and I blushed. "I.....i.......I" She sat up.
"Kenneth." I looked at her confused.
"Excuse me?" She laughed.

"You asked my name. Kenneth. Kenneth Williams." I smiled and looked away from her, hating the way her green eyes searched my own dull brown eyes.

"And you?"
"Easton. Easton Young." I turned back to her, bitting my lip.

She leaned in to kiss my cheek, I felt my cheeks get hot. "W- what was that for?" I asked innocently.
"For saving my life."
