He crys....and I cry with him. That's how it works. I don't know why he's crying, but something tells me I will soon find out.

Cassidy grabs my wrist, dragging me towards the house, leaving Easton alone under the oak tree.

"Easton!!" I scream, my body weak from lack of food. "East! East..." Cassidy slams the door.

I finally free myself from her grip and whip around to face her.

"Oh Kenny Baby is gonna be a big girl now?" She teases with a wicked smile. She shakes her head.

"No no no, that's not how good girls act." Cassidy's evil grin widens as I stiffen at the comment.

"Shut up." I reply through gritted teeth.

Immediately she punched my jaw. I was surprised by her strength, and she used that to her advantage, grabbing my wrists and pulling me towards the kitchen, where Easton's mother was waiting, with her malicious grin.

Cassidy threw me at her and I collapsed to the ground.

"What is going on?" I ask, looking up at both of them. "I know you hate me, but this is uncalled for."

Easton mother's hand slaps across my face.

"Isn't your birthday coming up? I have a birthday present." She says with a sickening smile.

"How do you know that?" I ask quietly.

"Its not too hard to find information about a twos' missing daughter. Especially when they are some of the most famous twos in all of Illèa." She snaps. I swallow hard.

"Get. Away. From Me. " I reply.

"Oh darling, it's too late for that." She grins, and I shiver.

I pray that Easton shows up soon. Cassidy shoves me forward, while her mom brings out a decently sized, box like cage. I know exactly where I'm headed.

I begin to scream out for Easton, but Cassidy gags me before the words leave my mouth. She kicks the center of my back and I moan in pain. They force me into the dark box-cage. Cassidy locks it with that annoying smirk pastered to her face, then puts a drape over it. It's dark and small and cramped.

Caustrophobia kicks in and all I want is for my sun to rise and East to come save me.
I lay my head on my knees as the cage is lifted and thrown carelessly onto something. I groan in pain as my head hits a bar. My vision goes in and out and sound become muffled.

Somehow, with all the murkiness of my mind, I hear Easton's voice. I moan, trying to call for him. It fails catastrophically. The cage bumbs up and down and I realize we are driving somewhere.

After twenty minutes of this constant banging, it stops. I hear someone walk over to the cage.

"You're sure she'll do it?" Asked a voice I never heard before.

"Positive." I hear Easton, his voice cracks. I hear a quiet chuckle.

"Don't get too attached to her, you know what happens if it doesn't work out according to plan. It's your job, Easton." The voice says. "Either she chooses to be one of us, or you force her. No matter what it takes." The voice growls.

Easton mumbles something but I can't make it out.

A hand pulls the drape off the cage, and I prepare myself for a blinding light. But it nevers comes.

I don't know where I am, but wherever it is.........

the sun doesn't shine here.
