Tessa's POV

I froze. Did he just ask that? Surely not.

"It's too early Leo" I say quietly. He gently puts me in the passenger seat, chuckling to himself.

"Just the answer I wanted" He explains, kissing my forehead before closing the door and heading over to his side.

"Wait what do you mean" I ask, completely confused. He grabs my hand and looks at me,

"Amore I don't want us to move too fast, I wanna take it slow and steady so nothing goes wrong between us. I just wanted to see how slow you were willing to go" He pecks my hand before starting his car with the other.

Ohhhh.

"Oh thank gosh, I thought you were going crazy for a second" I exhaled a breath I didn't know I was holding in. He chuckles, pulling out of the parking spot with one hand. 

"I'm not dumb mi amore. I just don't want anything to get in between us, that includes making stupid decisions" He expresses, his eyes focused on the road. I nod my head slowly, before resting my eyes once more.

"Is she dead?" A little voice asks. 

What?

I slowly open my eyes to see Miyah looking at me confused. Me too Miyah, I'm also confused. I realise that Leo is holding me bridal style and we're at Reece's door. I must've fallen asleep on the car ride here.

"Oh she's alive!!" She squeals, causing me to chuckle. 

"Hey baby" I say softly, jumping out of Leo's grip. I bend down and open my arms for her to run in, and she does so.

"I missed you Tessy" She mumbles into my chest. I run my hands through her hair gently,

"I missed you too Miyah" I smile back. 

"What about me?" Leo says, I turn around to see him fake pouting. Miyah immediately leaves my grip and runs to Leo. She jumps into his arms and he picks her up with ease.

"And you Leo" She expresses, hugging him tightly. He rubs her back before kissing her forehead.

"That's better, I missed you too mia bella" He smiles. 

Why do I feel like he'll be a great dad? 

Don't think about that shit, you're too young.

"Tessy I'm tired" Miyah whines from Leo's hold. I nod my head,

"Bed time baby" I motioned for her to come to me. She kisses Leo's cheek before smiling widely.

"Good night Leo" She leans her head into his chest one last time. He smiles,

"Good night mia bella" He kisses her forehead before letting her down. She runs inside and I take that as my cue to say goodbye to Leo.

I throw my arms around his neck, hugging him tight. He chuckles before snaking his arms around my waist.

"Good night Leo" I mumble into his chest. He uses one hand to run it through my hair.

"Good night princess" He breathed into my neck. I let out a little giggle before pecking his lips,

"See you tomorrow" I say, walking inside.

"Si mi amore" He waved before jumping into his car. 

I know the basics of Italian simply because it's a beautiful language. And when he said that, my knee's almost buckled. Almost.
