Tessa's POV

"Leo, are you training today?" I speak up on the lunch table. Carter immediately stops hitting Adrian as they both turn to Leo, awaiting an answer.

"Yes amore, I'll come get you two after" He explains, munching on his protein bar. I nod my head, watching his every move.

Does it make his veins pop out that much more or is it just me?

Probably just me.

Snapping out of my thoughts, I turn to Bri who's sat next to Adrian.

"Bri what class do we have next?" I question, but her eyes are hooked on something. Or someone.

I look at where her eyes are set on, rage filling my body.

I turn to see Beau kissing Lily. His hands up her skirt and she grasps his hair in her fist. Their kiss is needy, sloppy, and fucking disgusting to say the least.

"Bri don't give them the reaction they want, it's not worth it" Adrian buds in, causing Bri and I to peel our eyes away from them. Bri's face is emotionless, unreadable. She doesn't look like she's going to burst out crying, but it doesn't look like she's gonna sing kumbaya either.

"He's right Bri, they're attention seeking assholes" Carter furthers, rolling his eyes. Bri slowly turned back to the boys and nodded her head, smiling gratefully.

"Oh yeah and we have English next" She added, turning to me. I nodded my head in reply before taking another bite out of my apple.

Fuck, I haven't hit the gym in ages. I guess I never had a reason to get my mind off things.

Leo snakes his arm around my waist, pulling me in close. I chuckle at the sight and burry my head in his chest,

"I'm excited for tonight, what about you?" I mumble, pulling away from his chest. He looks down at me with a grin slapped on his face,

"You have no idea amore" He whispered before pecking my lips.

"Don't forget to pick me and Miyah up after" I direct at Leo, pointing at him. The whole group is in the car, even Bri to watch them train. I can hear Carter and Adrian in the back debating on whether Disney or Pixar is better, while Bri is recording the argument.

"How could I forget?" He smirks, starting up the car. I wave everyone good bye as they drive off, the music blasting through the car.

Turning towards the front door, I inhale a deep breath, taking in the big house. The white paint that covered the exterior, the multiple large windows spread around, the Lilly's that grew near the front porch. 

You're last few hours in this house. 

I exhale before knocking on the door, soon being met by Reece. He is in his school uniform, his tie loosely around his neck.

"Hey loser" I smile, opening my arms. He slowly chuckles before walking right into them.

"Hey Tess" He replies, his head resting on my shoulder. I take a deep breath in.

One of the last hugs I'll receive from him.

"Um Tess" He speaks up, breaking me out of my thoughts. I raise a brow before realising he's trying to back away from the hug but I was still holding onto him.
