16 [ THE STORM ]

The plan was that both Winter and jisuk will try to distract the two strangers while Jiwoo would rescue Wooin

Great plan right? Yeah no, that was the stupidest plan he could ever make up, he has lived for years, have been reincarnated as many times as he wants, fought in a never ending war before and yet that's all he could think off?

The scene is still the same, Jisuk would distract them, Jiwoo would rescue Wooin but this time there's an extra to it

Jisuk distracted the two man while Jiwoo rescued Wooin from the other one's grasp

While the two are doing what the plan says, there Winter is standing at the very top of a building, he is concentrating, trying to gather as much energy as possible to create a spatial isolation for they cannot cause a ruckus

It is quite hard even for him who has experienced a lot of things, wars, deaths and most importantly the knowledge but even for reincarnated one, whom had been dying and resurrecting back in different life is quite boring and especially quite tiring

Jiwoo took a run for whit Wooin on his back and that's when Winter used it, casting spatial isolation took quite a toll on both his core and body although he could still fight but not that much since he has used most of his energy

"What the-!?” one of the man who was supposed to go after Jiwoo and Wooin stopped on his tracks as the whole place was enveloped with energy, both making an illusion and a barrier for the normal people

"WHO!?” the man with the short hair shouted looking around when suddenly a figure leaped across them and landed gracefully beside the teen

"You okay Jisuk?” ask the other teen who had just arrived

"Yea, took you long enough” said Jisuk who wiped the blood of his mouth

"Sorry...” he said guilty

"Let's do this” he said as he hand out his hand, Jisuk took it and supported himself up, they both took a fighting stance

As the fight continued both Jiwoo and Wooin has already left the place looking for a way safer place to help Wooin

"We have to go back Jiwoo” said Wooin as Jiwoo untied him

"I know but with your current condition, i doubt we would be able to help” said Jiwoo

Wooin is much more worse than what the manhwa has put, perhaps it is because of Winter's intrusion that made some gears in the story took a few turns

"I know but we need to at least help them!” Wooin said stubbornly, he may be injured but he could still at least fight in the sidelines, helping his friends and protecting them is his number 1 priority

"Let's cover your wounds first” said Jiwoo, worry on his tone

He also wanted to Help them but right now he needed to help Wooin first, he covered his wounds with bandages, but before putting it he made sure it is clean as to not cause an infection

After everything he put the the materials back to it's original place, inside the first aid kit who mysteriously appeared.....

Well not really, before Winter went to meet up with Jisuk he made sure to give the bag to Jiwoo first and advised them to patch the wounds to not cause anymore serious injuries or infection thou he doesn't need to really worry about that since awakened one's have strong immune system
