All the avengers were sitting around the main room of Stark Tower, y/n sat beside peter.

The two of them were messing around, nudging eachother when Tony stood up and gestured to peter with a smirk "yea, well you're gonna love this one. when he was a little kid, he had an iron man costume"

Y/n started to quietly snicker as peter huffed "hey! i didn't say you could tell them that"

The room went quiet for a moment as natasha let out a laugh "you're in for it now parker"

"Yea spider boy look what you did"

Peter turned to look at y/n, his eyes almost closed into slits "shut up y/n! you're not helping me!"

Tony shrugged as he crossed his arms "yea, well i didn't say you could get bitten by a radioactive spider either but here we are"

By now y/n was cackling, like fell off her seat and on the floor learning again the coffee table cackling. But she silenced himself and stood up with a thinking face, brushing off her clothes "but - peter?" She didn't wait for an answer and she avoided tony's eyes "if you're swinging around and you fall, you use your webs to catch you right?"

Peter slowly nodded at her, completely and utterly confused by what she was getting at "yes, why?"

"So that means you can potentially safely do a backflip off the empire state building"

Everyone watched as peter's face lit up with a grin "ye-"

But he was immediately shut down by tony "no! absolutely not! y/n where do you get these crazy ideas from?"

The girl received a nod from wanda with a small smile "well dad, i've tried it safely landing with my telechenisis like wanda taught me to"

Steve leant over to bucky with a grin "she's gonna be grounded for life" the blue eyed brunette nodded at his boyfriend and chuckled to himself.

"Y/n stark, you are grounded and i'm taking away your rights to the jarvis technology!"

The girl lightly soled her eyes "peter dared me too, besides it was safe. i'm not dead am i?"

Tony stood there for a moment, continuously opening and closing his mouth, thinking of ways to retaliate to his daughter but he didn't find out. Until a light bulb went off in his head "both you and parker are grounded!"

Both teenager's faces twisted in confusion as they silently sat down, the rest of the avengers laughing to themselves.

Y/n looked over at wanda "don't you start you're only a few years older than me. besides you told me to do it too!"

Wanda gasped "don't blame me! i did no such thing y/n"

Tony shook his head as he downed his small glass of scotch with a groan "stop arguing or the avengers go on lockdown for the month. and that means all of us"

And just like that, everyone fell silent. Except clint who immediately started cackling, instantly throwing a hand to his mouth.

Everyone else let out a groan as they watched tony movd towards his touchscreen on the kitchen counter "you've forced me to do this clint, i wouldn't be surprised if y/n repeatedly tries to kill you throughout the rest of this month. good luck guys" he calmly presses a button and enters a code as windows start locking and sheets of metal cover them.

"Well done clint! fucking fuck knuckle!"

Steve pointed at y/n "language!"

"Shut up dad number two! look what he did, now i have to spend a whole month stuck in the same building as parker!"

"Hey! you basically live at my place anyways y/n, so shut up!"

It took the rest of the avengers 20 minutes to get you off of peter and calmed down.
