*Tom Holland*

Y/n was sitting on her couch with her phone in her hand as she read a book from an app. She had no intention of doing anything which required moving from her comfortable seat until she heard the front door opening.

Y/n already knew it was Tom who was coming back from spending the day with his brother's but she had no idea he would be back this early.

She turned her phone off and turned her head to look at the hallway which lead to the front door "Tom?"

"Give me a minute babe! oh and stay in the living room"

"Why?" she sauinted her eyes when got no answer "Tom?"

"Just trust me! Please?"

She shook her head muttering an "Okay...whatever you say" but an eyebrow quirked when she heard multiple footsteps "Tom wbat are you doing? Who did you bring back with you!?"

She stood up from her seat and made her way over to the start of the hallway, pausing as she reached an arm out to lean on.

Tom came out of the kitchen but stayed near the doorway keeping one arm in the kitchen which Y/n couldn't see. Just above where Tom's arm was visibly cut off by the doorway, Harry's head appeard above it but she couldn't see his body.

"Tom and Harry what the hell are you two up too!"

She watched as Tom showed a toothy smile and crossed her arms as she waited for a response.

"Remember that conversation we had the other day?"

Y/n carefully eyed a grinning Harry before slowly turning back to face Tom "Yes...the one we had about getting a pet and I told you no. I remember that pretty clearly."

"Well...actually you said if I asked you again you would say no so-"

"Thomas Stanley Holland what did you do?"

He held his free hand up "It's not just about what I did, Harry did it too. It wasn't just me"

Y/n scoffed as she shook her head "Find that hard to believe" she turned her head to lock eyes with Harry "Oh my dear little harry may I ask what he made you do?"

The boy's mouth opened and closed a few times as he turned to make eye contact with his brother who gave him a glare. When he turned his head back to look at Y/n he slowly shook his head "Nope"

Y/n muttered a quick "Oh for god's sake" she took a deep breathe as she rubbed her temple "Okay just tell me what you did!"

Tom stuttered a little as he tried to find his words "Um...we can't really tell you...we sorta have to show you?" his scentance came out more like a question but he didn't wait for any responses.

And neither did Harry.

The pair fully walked out of the kitchen, each holding a leash. When Y/n followed the leash with her eyes she saw two dogs sitting there looking at her with soft eyes.

The girl froze as she stared at the dogs, slowly examining them.

One was a grey staff with bright blue ocean eyes:

And the other was a dark furred labrador with light blue eyes:

"OH MY GOD!! TOM I SAID NOT YET-BUT THEY ARE SO CUTE!"

Because she had rose her voice the two dogs hyped up and started pulling on the leads making the brothers walk towards Y/n who knelt down and gave them attention.

"A-are you mad at me?"

Before she could look up at him and answer, she heard fast foot steps and looked past Tom who was now kneeling infront of her fussing the pitbull to see Harry had legged it and left her house.

She adverted her eyes from her front door and locked eyes with Tom, letting a small sigh slip through her lips "Look Tom, I love them I really do but can we look after two dogs? and before you answer that think of how big they'll get" she watched his eyes soften as he nodded his head "Yea I do...I think we can and you get to name both of them, they're both boys by the way"

"Wait what?"

"They're both boys or you get to name them?"

The girl's face lit up and she nodded at him "Okay you've got me Tom we're definitely keeping them. Both of them. But I don't wanna name both of them, you can name one"

"Yes! Okay, what one do you wanna name....staff?"

"you know me so well and yes please"

The pair of them shared a cute smile and looked down at the puppies they each held in their arms as they sat criss - cross - apple - sauce. Y/n held the staff in her lap and Tom held the Labrador in his lap.

Both of them sat there and thought for a minute of two.

Y/n wanted to name the Staff Ash but she thought it was too basic for a grey/sliver furred dog so she thought of another name: Max.

Tom wanted to name the Labrador Rocky but didn't think Y/n would like it, so he thought of another name: Axel.

The pair looked up at eachother with huge grins, Tom nodded at Y/n as he held the labrador close to him "You first, what do you want to call him?"

"He looks like a Max to me, what do you say Tom? Is he a Max?"

Tom laughed as he nodded and kissed the Labrador's forehead "You hear that buddy you're brother's names Max" he then looked up at Y/n "And thus buddy here is called Axel"

The girl nodded with a smile "Hm Axel...I like that. Max and Axel. They are gonna love Tessa"

Tom's face visibly lit up "She will!!"

The pair spent the rest of the afternoon and evening on the couch snuggled with their dogs. And by that I mean Y/n sat with Max and Tom sat with Axel.
