🔥 16 | I'll Embrace the Calling

Dear Holy Spirit,

Starting from now, I'll embrace the calling.

I thank You for letting me realize tonight the infinite value of embracing my God-given purpose. I know to myself that there's a part of me longing to serve You with all that I am. Yet, there were reservations.

Holy Spirit, You know how I badly wanted to stay hidden. I never wanted the spotlight. But You keep positioning me in a place where I can no longer hide my light. The more I try to run away from the path You chose for me, the more I feel unsatisfied with my life.

That's why today, I want to make up my mind.

I'm not gonna run away anymore.

I'm not gonna be ashamed of my giftings and skills. I'm not gonna fear what other people say. I'm not gonna doubt the outcome. I'm gonna maximize every God-given opportunities and resources to advance Your Kingdom.

You said in the Scriptures that I am the light of the world, like a city on a hilltop that cannot be hidden. Hence, I wanna live out that word in my day-to-day life. No longer am I going to be selective when it comes to being used by You. Starting from now, I'll do my best to be submissive and obedient to Your leading.

Holy Spirit, feel free to use me as much as You want. It is my desire to serve the King of kings with all my utmost being. I surrender to Your ways. And if there will be times when I'll lose my track, I'm confident that You got my back. Feel free to correct me. After all, You are my Friend. I am Your friend. We are friends.

I pray that You give me the wisdom and discernment to live out my mission to the fullest. I don't wanna burnout. I don't want to end up discouraged and frustrated. Help me to organize my life the way Jesus do. I want to minister in excellence.

And as I'm being used for Your glory, may I keep a pure, humble and teachable heart. Guard me from the poision of pride and bitterness. Keep me away from sin. Convict me to the core of my being so I may please the Father in whatever I do for Him.

Holy Spirit, I'm ready to start anew. Starting from now, I'll embrace the calling. I'll embrace my calling.
