I Was Walkin Down The Street

Casual day, just me walking down the street with my little sis. I'm Amber Ruby Bright. Yeah my name is stupid, but blame my parents, they're the hippies not me. Well I guess I'm kinda a hippie. My sisters name is Alexia, she's the sweetest thing in the whole world. She's pretty tough too, except her punches feel like pillows, uh-huh that soft. She has light brown hair, light brown eyes, freckles, bangs and straight hair. I keep her safe, I keep the both of us safe. No one picks on me, and no one dares too. Back in Arizona I was known for kickin ya where it counts, I still do when I need to but this is a whole new state, so I need them to know my rep so i don't have to go to the cooler again. I've been in the cooler once, because I was accused of stealing or somethin, but that doesn't matter. I have dark brown hair that looks reddish maroonish and I have dark brown eyes, but in the sunlight it looks light brown. I have glasses and curly/wavy hair. I know a girls 'dream hair', but I hate it! It's always so poofy and weird lookin so I have to straighten it. I'm brownish-tanish. I'm single, so shout out to all the single people out there!

"Amber my feet hurt! When are we gonna get to my friends house?" Alexia asked as she whined. "Were almost there. You want a piggy back ride till we get there?" I asked. She smiled. "Yeah!" she jumped on my back as we walked on the sidewalk to her friends house. We passed a place called 'The Dingo' It was tuff lookin.

"I'm hungry! Can we please stop here and eat?" Alexia asked still hanging from my back. "Ugh, sure. Since this is the last time I'll see you for a while." I was tryin to get her off my back but she wouldn't budge. "Honey you gotta get off." I told her. "No!" she yelled. Everyone started lookin at us from the windows. "Fine you little brat!" I still had her on my back and we walked in. Well someone had to open the door for us. He had grey-green eyes, his hair was brown but blondish almost golden-brownish, he must've dyed it before it turned this color. He had a warm smiled and opened the door and said "Hi, it looked like you needed help." he was still smiling and holding the door open for us. He was sooo cute, I wonder if he has a girlfriend. Wait am I starin at him?

"Hey sis! Earth to Amber!!!" my sister started screaming in my ear. "Ow! That hurts!" I yelled back at her. "Oh and thanks for holdin the door open for us." I said lookin back at him. "No problem. I'm Ponyboy, and your...?" he asked. I let Alexia off my back and she ran to a booth, we started walkin over to the booth she picked. "I'm Amber, Amber Ruby Bright and this is Alexia Elsa Bright." I said and he sat down with us. "Some names huh?" he said smiling and laughing. "Yeah don't blame us, our parents were hippies." I replied laughing a little. I just stared into his grey-greenish eyes.

"Amber, can I have a milkshake!" She whined. "Ok, what flavor?" I asked. Ponyboy was staring at me, gosh what do I look like, was somethin on my face? "Vanilla, whip cream, with sprinkles and a cherry on top." She smiled. "You want anything Pony?" I looked up at him. "Sure if you're willin to buy." He said I laughed and said "Sure." he smiled and looked at the menu, "I guess I'll have a Coke with a Burger." He said,I smiled I was probably blushin but who cares? "Cool I'll have the same." I said.

A waiter came up said "Can I have y'alls orders? Or start y'all off with a drink?" she asked. She was lookin at Ponyboy tryin to flirt with him i guess cause when she walked over here she bend down a little so u could see her boobs and also she dolled herself up a bit, and I instantly got jealous, I guess Alexia knew and said "Well I'll have a milkshake, VANILLA MILKSHAKE! Don't forget that Blondie!, with whip cream, sprinkles and a cherry on top please." She looked at me. I bet my cheeks were red, I get that way when I'm mad, jealous, embarrassed, or when I'm blushing. But there usually pink since, yes I was naturally born with pinkness on my cheeks.

"Um my sis will have a Coke with a burger, and her boyfriend will have the same." Alexia said, the waitress looked at me and gave me a death glare. I gave her a meaner look. "Fine, I'll be back with y'alls orders." She walked away. Ponyboy and I looked at Alexia, he looked shocked, I bet he doesn't like, like me but I guess it just wasn't meant to be. "Alexia? Why'd you do that?" I said. She looked at me with her innocent puppy eyes "I'm sorry but what was I supposed to do? Your cheeks got red so I knew what I had to do." She said. I looked at Ponyboy, he was blushin. "You ok Pony?" I asked him, hopefully he'd forget about what my sis said. It was kinda awkward...
