[Ambers POV]
A month has gone by, and I've been good friends with all of the guys. It was a nice warm morning and I had to tell Johnny that I liked him. I usually walked Ponyboy and Johnny to school and then walked to my work. But today it would just be me and Johnny since Ponyboy's sick. I just hope Johnny feels the same way, or I'll die of sadness and embarressment. I walked to the bathroom and took a nice cold shower, now usually I hate taking a shower in other peoples bathtubs so I take a sponge bath, but I just don't care anymore 'cause I stink.
After the shower I wrapped a towel around me and walked to Ponyboys room, I share a room with Ponyboy now. Soda and Darry got their room back. I walked over to the closet and changed into a neon pink tank top and put a black leather jacket over it, light blue skinny jeans, straightened my hair, no makeup (since I never wear makeup unless I have to), and I put on some pink converses. I am obsessed with converses. I walked down stairs to the kitchen to make breakfast but everyone was already downstairs except Johnny. "Whats up?" I asked as I walked into the kitchen pulling out a glass and pouring some orange juice in it. I was about to take a sip until Dally said "Johnny popped his cherry last night." I dropped the class and it broke, orange juice was everywhere, my heart dropped, my face changed into a sad expression. Johnny? Why? What? What's going on here. I managed to get out a "w-w-what?" but it was more of a whisper.
"God were just kidding! We wanted to see if you'd really belive us. And you did!!" Steve said and Two-bit said "Good job Dal you really scared her.". "WHAT THE FUCK DAL! YOU SCARED ME!!! AND IM GONNA KILL YOU WITH-" I yelled, I looked to my side and found a random roll of toilet paper,"THIS!!!" and was running to go strangle Dally. But the guys got up before me and held me back before I could do any major damadge. I narrowed my eyes on Dal, he just kept laughing and laughing, but I'll get him back. "How you gonna kill me with tiolet paper?" Dally said inbetween laughs. "I can make anything into a weapon Winston" I said. "So you really like Johnnycakes huh" Ponyboy said sickly cleaning up the mess I made. "Yeah..." I said shyly, they all knew it except Johnny. "Oh yeah Johnny's waiting in the lot for ya." Dally said. My face lit up, I don't know why but it always made me smile when Johnny would wait for me.
