Vesperia and Scarabella noticed that the windows are blocking the view inside which is normal as they need perfect light for the recording of series and movies but with the help of the thermal camera they could see inside.
They see a single person sitting to the left and right, a single person is standing not moving and the many other persons simply dance in front of the sitting person. Scarabella said calmly "That must be Misfit sitting and most likely the persons left and right to her are Cat Noir and Viperion."
Vesperia added "The problem is that we will not get through to her or the others. Her dancing puppets are way too much and we only know where they are but we cannot see inside without getting harmed." Scarabella looked at her and said "The last time we came up the stairs right? There is a landing zone for the helicopter on the roof. We should land there and make our way down to her".
Vesperia nodded with discomfort because she was completely ignored by Scarabella. The pilot mentioned that he will not land at all. He will hover 5m over the ground to avoid getting caught by the puppets and explained that he and the reporter were lucky to escape. The reporter asked "Are you both sure about this? From the thermal camera the situation in there is a pure nightmare."
Scarabella was shaken by the words of the reporter and looked to Vesperia but she did not pay any attention to it as she was looking for the landing spot and said "Scarabella I am good to go if you are". Scarabella again, not so sure about this anymore said with disbelief in herself "I think... I am also... ready to go. Could you please... bring us down there?"
The reporter looked worried at the pilot as he heard the voice of them both talking with disbelief in their powers but nodded to the pilot to go slowly down there. The pilot slowly approached the landing zone on the roof but stopped over it so both could jump out.
Vesperia and Scarabella checked the surroundings and were not able to see any puppets of Misfit. Both jumped down and landed without any kind of harm to them and smiled at each other. Vesperia looked at Scarabella and noticed that she lost her confidence once again and asked "What's wrong? You seem again to be lost in thought"
"I am thinking about what the reporter and pilot said... They told just before we jumped off that the situation 'is a pure nightmare'" Scarabella said with an even more worried look on her face but approached the door of the roof.
She slowly opened it but could not see any kind of puppet walking or hear any kind of sobs. They proceeded down one floor below the roof and found a crying woman on the ground. Scarabella approached her carefully. At this moment this woman jumped Scarabella and caught her off guard, knocking her to the ground. Vesperia was not able to react at all and simply stood there. The woman muttered heavily and her words got drowned by sobs "Save... Us... Help... Please..." Scarabella noticed that she fainted in her arms and looked to Vesperia which said unsure of the new situation and helped the woman up "I think she was not hit by Misfit. She was mostly trying to say 'We need your help downstairs. Please save us' or what you think?"
Scarabella nodded while looking at the woman and replied with "I think so too" but thought "If Marinette does have such an influence on the people which were not hit by her then I know why the pilot doesn't want to land. Can we really win here?" At this thought Scarabella has lost all her self esteem.
Both of them placed the women comfortably on a couch in a meeting room, wondering why there was a couch instead of chairs, and moved downwards floor by floor. The closer they got to the 30th floor the amount of Misfits puppets increased. Both decided not to attack the puppets and sneak around them because they did not know if Misfit would notice if they knocked them out.
After what felt like eternity they were finally in front of the door to the 30th floor and slowly opened it. It was quiet and Vesperia said "It is way too quiet in here don't you think?" and looked to Scarabella which was looking lost in thought to the small hand mirror. Vesperia decided to softly punch her and Scarabella looked at her with "Huh? What?".
Vesperia, completely confused by this, asked the question again and said "You alright? You are once more lost in thoughts? I think we should stop here and retreat once more and look for options". Scarabella got louder and a bit furious "No! We need to get it done now! With each minute Misfit exists the nightmares will get worse!"
Scarabella opened the door to the studio without thinking. Luckily not a single puppet was here but they could hear the sobs and cries from the Throne Room. The door to the Throne Room is closed and as they slowly and carefully approach the door they hear Misfit laughing and saying "Dance and cry for me".
Scarabella looked at Vesperia and nodded. Both grabbed a big golden door handle on each door and Scarabella said with shaking in her voice "We open on three and directly charge at Misfit. You stun her and I break the earrings and all should be over!" Vesperia nodded but noticed the missing trust in Scarabella herself.
"One, two" Scarabella whispered but took a deep breath but at the moment she wanted to say three both Vesperia and Scarabella got forcefully pulled back from behind. Both lost the grip on the door handles and Vesperia wanted to scream but a hand blocked her mouth. She looked into the eyes of an older Cat Noir which was smiling and made a gesture to be quiet.
Scarabella on her side closed her eyes and fought back as strong as she could but while doing this she bit her lip so hard that she started to bleed. Cat Noir needed to restrain her hands and whispered "Open your eyes". Scarabella opened her eyes in surprise and hugged him tightly and started to cry and muttered silently "How did you get here? You were hit by Misfit...". She started to look around and noticed bunny ears behind him and started to look around him. "Are you Bunnix? The Bunnix Ladybug told me about?" Scarabella asked that while Vesperia was lost at the moment.
Bunnix said quietly "We first need to relocate. If we stay here the complete future is lost." and opened her burrow. "Before you go in you three need to use those blindfolds" and handed two blindfolds to Scarabella and Vesperia. The three of them used the blindfolds and Bunnix pulled them in.
"So you guys really wanted to go in there without any backup?" Cat Noir asked with a smirk nobody could see but Bunnix. "Stop teasing them, Cat or your Lady will be really mad at you." Bunnix looked at him as his smirk faded away. Scarabella started to cry immediately and asked them "You also brought the future Ladybug with you, right?".
Bunnix said calmly "No but we will explain all to you when I find the perfect exit and the point where we need to start over". This made Scarabella even more sad and she started to cry more. Vesperia silently sobbed as she heard how heartbroken Scarabella is.
After a short time Bunnix said with a striking pose "Found it" and opened her Rabbit Hole on a rooftop close to the TVi studios and shoved all of them out and closed it. "Check your phones please" Cat Noir said while taking off the blindfold and storing it in a small pocket.
Directly after Scarabella checked her phone she had a breakdown and was close to throwing up. Vesperia was now completely confused and was just able to ask "What happened?" and set down to Scarabella and started to look into the sky.
"First of all you both need to calm down. I am Bunnix and I am able to move through time and I watch over the correct timeline. The reason why we stopped you is simple." She paused for a moment and noticed the confused expression on their faces while Cat simply stood there and smirked. "If you had opened that door there would have been no future anymore. Everything would have ended." Bunnix added.
"I am, I mean we are sorry for the forceful exit. You made really good progress to avoid those puppets." Cat Noir added with a smirk and little laughter. "I know you are Cat Noir from the Future but how much in the future? You look way more mature than our Cat Noir" Scarabella asked with a sharp voice wiping her eyes.
Bunnix smiled and said "This is a full grown Tomcat and your Cat Noir is still like a Kitty. He can control Plagg and his power much better than yours but your cat will be him some day" At this Cat Noir turned to them and said "But don't get the wrong idea. I only belong to my Lady but we should hurry now".
