(Darwin POV)
"...so Penny and I are really hitting it off, we're going on a date tomorrow night to the movies!"
I didn't pay attention to my brother, as he was normally rambling on about his girlfriend. "Yea, yea, that's... really great," I trailed off to my brother. I saw [name] across the hallway. I can't help but faintly blush at the sight of her. Ever since I met her (a week ago), I really really liked her. She's so beautiful...and her personality is outstanding.
"...Darwin, Darwin, DARWIN!" Gumball yelled.
"Huh?! What?!" I said. He must've noticed me zoning out, looking at [name] . "Oh, sorry," I said. " I thought I saw, uh..." I stammered. Gumball raised an eyebrow, waiting for an answer. "I thought I saw someone running in the hall," I said very quickly. "Well, OK..." Gumball said. " Now what was I talking about? Oh yea, Penny!"
As he rambled on some more, I had a still image of [name] at her locker, in my mind.
I wish I could tell her how I really feel...
