You know...
For a mind that never stops,
To be static
And to still feel worry
Defeats the purpose of silenceNormal breathing
Quiet air
Some violins here
Some clarinets thereAnd yet, your heart pounds
For no apparent reason
Something behind the neck
An invisible dead weightDeep sighs
Fill the body with oxygen
Every single cell
Excited with emotionAnd yet, the head feels weird
Something in the back
Tingles your anxiety
You wonder if you fight or fly?It happens every now and then
When you feel you should be ok
But the body can't comprehend
The smile you have put up as of lateI have no answer nor solution
Just hope and little bit of love
We'll be fine, we'll be okay
For, in fact, tomorrow might be another day
