~BUMPS AND CRASHES~

I am literally running so late for school, it's unbelievable.

I missed my alarm this morning and i have to take mickey to school cause mama had a late shift and wouldn't be back home till we were already at school.

I am dashing through the halls to make it to my american government class.

The sub currently replacing Mr. Taylor is a pain in my fucking ass. 1 minute late and she blows a fuse and sends you to the principles office. I am not one for that at all.

I took a sharp right down the hall and bump into something so big and hard it sends my tumbling back.

"Oh my God, i am so sorry i didn't see you there are you okay?", a husky voice asks with concern.

I look up to see a very good looking boy, i smile "no i'm sorry, i was moving to fast and not paying attention". "yeah you were watch were you're fuckin walking next time why don't ya butter feet". I hear a voice from his side. Thats when i notice another human being there.

I huff,  "okay miss mouthy", i look up to the boy once again, "i'm sorry".

"Hey, no worries! i'm Dean, Dean James. i haven't seen you around here, are you new?", He asks all of a sudden interested in me. The name sounds familiar.

It then clicks, this is the boy eletina and paityn were talking about. They weren't lying when they said he's hot.

"Why do we care, the clumsy shit should watch where she's fuckin going", the little shit next to him utters words again.

I look at her and smile, then roll my eyes. I look back up at him, "i'm kora harrison, yes i'm new here".

"Cool, i'm sorry about my friend over here. She's really grumpy", he says seemingly fed up with the chic. she scoffs and rolls her eyes.

"Yeah i can tell. well i gotta get going. sorry once again". He smiles at me, lord his smile was so heavenly.

"See you around new girl". He says with such a pretty smile.

I walk away smiling at him while bumping into the chic's shoulder. "Oops sorry, i'm just clumsy", i say smiling and walking away. I hear her mumble a "bitch". But i ignored it walking away seeing as I was already late for class.

Later that day, while eletina, paityn and I were in the library. I got a call from the Clinic. "Is this Ms. Harrison speaking?".

"Yes it is, how may i help you?". "We'd like to inform you that you got the job and you may start today or tomorrow if you'd like."

I smile brightly and whisper yell into the phone. "OH my goodness thank you, i'll come in Tomorrow at 3:00pm". "That's perfect. we'd also like to discuss scheduling that would suit your after school programs and weekends". "That's fine". We finish the discussions and I hang up.

I'm so happy i got this job. I've wanted this since i was 14 but couldn't cause i wasn't old enough.

I love how happy eletina and paityn are for me. Makes me think this friendship really will last.

"Oh i totally forgot to tell you guys, i bumped into Dean James this morning and some bitchy chic practically clinging on to him like he's her oxygen supply".

They stare at each other, then back at me. "OLIVE?", they ask simultaneously. i shrug my shoulders cause i honestly have no clue who that is. all i know is, she needs to be iced out.

"She's the girl that's been obsessed with him every since they hooked up at homecoming freshman year" paityn informs me.

"He's made it very clear he doesn't want her but she's persistent" Eletina also informs. "That's sad, i really don't care though". "You totally think his cute don't you" Paityn says, i eye her. "no, the fuck i dont". "YOU DOO", eletina practically shoves at me with a totally dramatic gasp.

"he's cute i'll admit". the girls smile at each other and i roll my eyes at their childishness.

I'm definitely not one for boys. Seeing my history with them, i rather stay single for my sanity .

Dean James is cute but he's definitely not the one for me. i don't think anyone is .
