2 weeks after Kora and I hung out on the rooftop, we've hung out almost every single day since then.

I take her to work sometimes and she takes me sometimes. Our friends also get along , so we've been hanging out all together.

"Sean, please get your friend off me". Kora says jokingly. I was currently laying on top of her while we all watched a movie. Not even gonna lie i feel special being this close to her knowing how she feels about being touched.

"No can do ma'am, i still have a bruise from him kicking me in the sheen yesterday for sitting next to you". Sean says from the kitchen. What??? he could've sat on the floor.

Kora and I share the same patience towards our friends. Very little. They're all a bunch of air heads we love very much.

We're heading to the annual fall festival Downtown and kora seems excited. Ever since our talk, i'm able to read her more clearly now, but it seems like it's only me she lets see her like that.

Last week she had an anxiety attack at work. I seem to be the only one who knows. I'm glad she trust me enough for that. Thankfully, I wasn't busy that day, so when she called I went running.

I've met her mom and her brother. They are extremely nice people and mama harrison got it. That lady is single handedly the life of the party.

When i went over to her house, after talking to just her mom and her brother for like 4 hours. We ended up calling the rest of the group and hung out at the house. 

Mama harrison is a G. We had music going, ordered pizza, danced. We even had karaoke, which oh lord i hope never happens again cause Sean's singing is deafening. She slipped us a little whiskey and made us swear we wouldn't tell our parents.

"Okay, i total wasn't aware you guys drank. i simply thought y'all was chugging apple juice". Mama harrison says i'm a cheeky tone.

"Yes mama harrison". we simultaneously respond.

I don't usually come for these fairs, but it's Kora's first one and i wanted to go with her.

"Bro i want cotton candy". Sean and his damn sweet tooth. "yeah me too", kora saying she wants cotton candy as well sends me practically sprinting to get it.

"Do y'all see how that boy treats me". I heard sean say faintly. I was to busy sprinting to go get Kora some cotton candy.

We finish up our cotton candy and get in line for the ferris wheel. Sean and paityn, eletina and damon, kora and I, all get on different sits on the ferris wheel. I let Kora go in first before getting in.

"Alright guys, please keep your hands and legs inside at all times. If you have any clothing you know may fly off please take them off. Just don't do anything dumb". The guy running the ride says, seeming fed up with his job.

It begins to go up and Kora grabs my hand squeezing it. I look down at where our hands are linked. It feels like fire running through me. what the-

"Someone's scared of heights huh". She squeezes harder. "Shut up". I chuckle. "Everyone's scared of something, mine just so happens to be falling to my death". She jokes.

Hanging out with her made me realize she has a wicked sense of humor she kept masked up. I'm glad she doesn't anymore.

"Well I didn't think you could be scared of anything. Thought you were a total badass". Okay at this point i'm begging for an ass whooping. She doesn't say anything though. She just looks up at me and smiles. Not a real one though, it was quick and very faint.

Damn, she really was scared.

"You're okay, I got you". She rests her head on my shoulder and takes a deep breathe, exhaling it softly.

It's about 9:00pm and the stars are out. "Isn't it beautiful". I look over at her to find her lost in the skies. She gently leans in and places her head on my shoulder. "It is".

I move my shoulders and Kora moves her head. "You know, I never thought id connect with someone as much as i connect with you". She smiles, "Me too".

The wind was heavy. It blew softly against us, causing some hair to get in her face. So I tucked it behind her ear, leaving us in a little awkward position. Lord help me, I don't ever blush, but i feel my face get hot and red when i see her slightly glance at my lips.

We held eye contact for what seemed like forever. I finally decided to grow a pair. I took a double take on her lips and looked into her eyes. She looked at my lips once more and smirked. Her smirk sent waves down to my- DEAN JAMES PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER.

I snapped myself out of my thought and I leaned in, she leaned in more, my heart fluttered and was beating faster than normal. I started doubting this, thinking it was a bad idea. I was wrong cause next thing I know, our lips meet and it felt like fire works exploding.

I have kisses a lot of people. But nothing felt like this one.

Wow that was cheesy Dean James.

It was slow and smooth. No one was rushing, we took our time in the kiss. I gripped her jaw and she had her hands in my hair. She smirked, and pulled away but left two pecks before looking at me.

Best damn kiss of my life.

"If i waited for you to make a move, we'd me on this ferris wheel for awhile". Lord she has a smart mouth.

God, i felt like i was in heaven just looking at her. "You look like a tomatoe right now dean", She laughs and i chuckle. Only she, has that Power over me.

This was gonna sting.

Looking into her eyes was so comforting, i felt a different sense of peace. Her smile, her laugh. I felt calm. I really think i'm starting to feel something for this girl and i haven't even known her that long. It's just a spark so strong it radiates off our skin.

I'm scared as hell though. Im more scared of hurting her than her hurting me. I know i will eventually. But i don't want too.

"Don't look too long, you might get trapped". Her and her jokes. "Maybe i already am".

It's now getting closer to midnight and we're all heading over to paityn's house for a sleepover.

We get changed into our pajamas. Snacks set out and all comfy for the movie. Everyone was here but her.

Hold that thought, just as I was about to stand up in search of her, Kora walks out in a pair of sleeping shorts, a loose shirt and visibly no bra underneath and her hair in a bun with a scarf around it. She looked sexy.

Lord help me.

She sits on the spot beside me and gets cuddled up. "You're so cute", i whispered and she laughed. The sound of her laugh once again sent waves down to my- wow i'm fucked.

45 minutes into the movie and she's out like a light. She looks so peaceful sleeping, she also looks like she hasn't had good sleep like that in awhile. I could get use to this .
