Chapter 7: Kill the Lustful Combat

~Night Raid Hideout~
*(Y/N) (L/N) POV*

It has been a couple days since Tatsumi and I have eliminated the Three Beasts, but also the loss of Bulat. When we arrived back at the hideout, I explained to Najenda what happened and the death of Bulat hit everyone hard, mainly for Tatsumi. I had nothing but high respect and admiration for Bulat, and now that he's gone. I considered him an older brother of sorts. I told Najenda about the Imperial Arms that were used by the Three Beasts and my visions from each of them, especially the vision from Scream. Najenda took what I said to thought and let me keep a hold onto Black Marlin and Belvaac while she was going to do something with Scream. I don't know what, but I didn't question it. Later that day, everyone found out Bulat handed Incursio over to Tatsumi and it was the right choice in the matter.

Anyways, it was morning, near afternoon, and I was in Sheele's room looking over Sheele as she was still in her coma.

"Hey, Sheele," I spoke to her. "I don't know if you heard but... Bulat is no longer with us. He even made Tatsumi the new user of Incursio. I know Tatsumi will surpass Bulat like he wants, but... I miss Bulat. I'm sure everyone does too, but he would want us to get stronger and that's what we'll do. I... I just hope you wake up soon, Sheele. It's kind of boring without you walking around."

I simply stared at her and held her hand hoping for a reaction. That wasn't the case when I held her hand. I sighed until I heard someone at the door.

"Sheele's a big girl, she'll be fine." The voice told me. I looked over and saw Mine without her bandages and cast.

"Hey, Mine," I greeted the pink assassin. "Feeling better without the bandages and cast?"

"You know it," Mine replied as she walked into the room and stood next to me. "You're not the only one worried you know."

"I know that," I replied. "I'm... I'm just scared she won't wake up..."

"She'll wake up soon," Mine assured me until she patted my shoulder. "Now, come on! We should head over to the training yard."

"Right," I agreed with Mine and got up. "See you later, Sheele."

I walked out with Mine and shut Sheele's door. Mine and I walked through the halls of the hideout until we were outside.

"So..." Mine spoke up breaking the silence between us. "What's with you and Sheele?"

"What do you mean?" I asked confused by the question.

"I know you're not dense," Mine replied as she pointed at me. "I know your into Sheele, but also Akame, Leone, and the Boss."

"Okay, maybe I am, and yes, I'm not dense," I replied to her accusation. "I just... I don't know when it's a good time to confess really. I was going to confess once Sheele wakes up, but I don't know when that will happen."

"Relax, Sheele will wake soon," Mine assured me. "Even so, make Sheele upset, I will kill you myself!"

"Message clear, and even so..." I replied and looked at Mine. "One, I would never make Sheele upset or cry. Two, good luck killing me."

Mine rolled her eyes and the two of us made our way into the training yard where we found Leone on Lubbock's back and Akame on Tatsumi's back as the two guys were doing pushups and sweating a bit. The sight alone was making me slightly upset.

"Hey Mine! What's up?" Tatsumi greeted Mine and his voice was straining a bit. "Hey, (Y/N)."

"I'm glad your arm's feeling better." Akame told Mine.

"What are you guys doing?" Mine asked confused.

"Yes, please do tell why both Akame and Leone are on your backs, you two." I also questioned, but with some venom in my voice.
