Chapter 5: Kill the Dreaming Justice

~Night Raid Hideout~
*(Y/N) (L/N) POV*

After the whole assassination of Headhunter Zanku, everything else has been smoothed over, for a while anyways, but Tatsumi had more injuries than both me and Akame. Once we were back inside the hideout, I handed Spectator over to Najenda and helped Akame with Tatsumi's wounds. After that, everyone went to sleep, but I had a dream with Ruby, Yang, Summer, Tai, Raven, and Qrow. They were in front of me as I stood in front of them. We didn't speak, but instead we all just... smiled at each other. The area grew brighter until I woke up in my room as I looked up at the ceiling.

"*sigh* I miss them... I can only wonder how they're taking me gone for so long," I thought. "They must be heartbroken at the very least... especially Ruby and Yang. Qrow's probably drinking more than usual, and Tai must be drinking too. Summer and Raven must be worried sick... *sigh* I promise, somehow, some way, I'll return, and things would go back to normal. Somewhat anyways..."

I was about to get up, but I felt something heavy holding me down with some soft moans and snoring. I looked over to my left and saw Sheele nuzzling into my side.

"How long has Sheele been there?" I wondered, but I couldn't help but smile looking at my best friend sleeping soundly. I slightly moved her hair a bit and couldn't help but see how beautiful Sheele was. My heart raced a bit more. "I guess I can't really deny these feelings, but I have to wonder... does Sheele feel the same? Wait... The night when Sheele and I were working on Gravities' Predator... she kissed my cheek. Maybe she does..."

I heard soft mumbling and I saw Sheele waking up slowly until she took a glance at me looking at her.

"Good morning, Sheele," I greeted her. "Have a lovely night?"

Sheele didn't answer but grew a really bright red blush on her face as she was more than likely embarrassed she slept in the same bed. Sheele got out of the bed and looked at me.

"S-Sorry about that, (Y/N)," Sheele apologized to me while still wearing some of her blush. "Today, you and Tatsumi are training under me. I-I look forward working with you."

"Oh? Is that so?" I questioned as I smiled at Sheele. I got out of the bed and stood up until I realized I had no shirt on since I only sleep in my pants. Sheele had a brighter blush and was looking away a bit. I had a small chuckle. "Either way, I look forward to work with you too, Sheele."

This got Sheele to smile a bit as she left the room for me to change. It only took me a few minutes as I changed into simple pants and a blue tank top. I left my room and Sheele was waiting for me.

"Well, off to training, right?" I said as Sheele simply nods. We both walked down the hall until we got to a section where the both of us overheard Najenda, Leone, and Lubbock.

"Are you sure it's okay to leave Sheele in charge of them?" Lubbock asked as I heard his mouth was full of something. Maybe food Akame made.

"Oh, they'll be all right, especially (Y/N)," I heard Najenda's voice, but it had a slight jealous tone when she said, "especially (Y/N)." I looked at Sheele and she looked away. "Both him and Sheele have... an interesting relationship. She's not the only one though..."

"Wait... Najenda too?" I thought to myself as I thought about it. "First, Sheele kissing my cheek. Next, Leone being more forward with me than Tatsumi. Then, Akame being closer to me more than anyone. Finally, Najenda being jealous and having a happier tone with me... Do the four of them... have feelings for me? Oh boy, but I guess Ruby and Yang weren't the only ones with feelings, but... I have been feeling better and happier with them too, so... maybe something can work out with all of us? I don't know, but I'll just keep that at the back of my mind for now."
