Decidueye is a duel type grass/ghost type pokemon introduced in Pokemon Sun and Moon. It evolves from Dartrix and is the final form of Rowlet.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, plant manipulation, soul manipulation, expert marksman, true flight, can keep foes from escaping, power increases when weakened(Grass Moves Only), intangibility(Ghost type) and healing
Attack Potency: Multi-City Block level+|Large Mountain level+, higher with Sinister Arrow Raid(It's a more powerful version of his signature move, Spirit Shackle)
Speed: Massively Hypersonic+ with Sub-Relativistic reactions

Weakness: Weak to ghost, fire, dark, flying and ice type moves. Becomes extremely flustered by a surprise attack.
Notable Attacks and Techniques:
Spirit Shackle: Decidueye shoots out multiple ghostly arrows which hits the opponents shadow, damaging it and stitching his shadow to the ground, preventing escape.
Phantom Force: Decidueye vanishes and then reappears, dealing damage to the opponent while ignoring barriers.
Leaf Storm: Decidueye shoots out a powerful storm of sharp leaves, lowering its special attack.
U-Turn: Decidueye rushes at the opponent and then does a u-turn. The damage depends on the pokemon friendship level.
Leafage: Decidueye pelts the target with precisely moving leafs.
Shadow Sneak: Decidueye extends it's shadow and attacks the opponent from behind.
Razor leaf: Decidueye hits the opponent with a multitude of razor sharp leaves.
Synthesis: Decidueye absorbs the sunlight and heals it's itself.
Leaf Blade: Decidueye strikes the opponent with blades made out of leaves and filled with grass type energy.
