Evice(Pokemon Colosseum) Team Cipher Boss 1

Evice is the criminal mastermind behind Cipher. He is the only character in the game to have the Trainer Class Cipher. He disguised himself as the mayor of Phenac City under the name of Es Cade. In his disguise, he is a fat and jolly gentleman who appears to be worried about increase in crime caused by Cipher and Team Snagem, yet as the head of Cipher, he appears to have done nothing to stop either of them, ensuring that Snagem and Cipher work without interference.

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman physical characteristics, shapeshifting|Superhuman physical characteristics(all), energy manipulation, telekinesis, water manipulation, power swap (Can swap her ability with another pokemon)(Slowking), metal manipulation(Scizor), martial arts, rock and earth manipulation(Machamp), air manipulation, flight(Salamence), shadow manipulation, electricity manipulation, ice manipulation (Shadow Tyranitar)

Speed: Peak Human

Lifting Strength: Athletic Human

Striking Strength: Wall Class|At least Mountain Class+, possibly Large Mountain level

Durability: Island Level|At least Mountain level, possibly Large Mountain level with Shadow Tyranitar

Stamina: High|Very high for his pokemon

Range: Standard melee range up to kilometers on the pokemon

Standard Equipment: Poke Balls with shadow Slowking, Scizor, Machamp, salamence, slaking, Aggron, and Tyranitar (Only if Tyranitar was snagged from him)

Intelligence: Gifted(Acted as the major of Phenac City in order to ensure the work of Team Cipher and Snagem for the complete success of his plan.)

Weakness: Presumably normal human weakness, occasionally uses turns to stat-enhanced or heal his pokemon.
