Quigley's POV:

It's been two weeks since Fiona and the Baudelaires came to visit us, and they've come over a couple more times since then, but I was really excited to leave the hospital.

My leg was much better than it had been. I didn't need to keep it elevated anymore and I could go to the bathroom by myself. My sister was out of the arm cast but would need to keep the knee brace on for another month or so, and my brother no longer wore a sling.

It was a rainy Wednesday, and my siblings and I were packing what little belongings we had in small suitcases.

Other than a few outfits, we each had the commonplace notebooks our parents gave us before they passed. Isadora and Duncan didn't start writing in them until they started living with Hector, to allow them to last longer. Before that, they used notebooks provided by Prufrock to make theirs last longer, but those ended up being harpooned.

Isadora had part of a spyglass, that had originally belonged to the Baudelaire parents, but she and Klaus swapped by accident when she and Duncan were kidnapped.

And then, of course, we had the stuffed bears Violet, Klaus, and Fiona bought us when they first came.

Isadora sat impatiently on her suitcase, checking her watch every forty-five seconds. "What time did Jacqueline say she was picking us up at?"

"Twelve," my brother replied, not looking up from his notebook.

"What time is it now, Izzie?" I went ahead and asked, even though I knew she would tell us anyway.

She sighed, "11:45,"

"We have plenty of time before she shows up, should we go visit with Hector before we leave?" I asked.

"Sure, why not?"

Isadora poked her head outside, catching the attention of a nurse nearby.

"We were wondering if we could visit with a friend for a minute. He's in the room just right there," she pointed towards Hector's room.

"Of course, but didn't wander anywhere else,"

So the three of us got up and walked across the hall.

"Hi Hector," Duncan said.

"Oh, hello kids, how are my favorite triplets doing?"

"We're well, how about you?" I asked.

"Better and better each day,"

"That's good,"

"So today's the day, huh? Are you excited?"

"Yes, very," said Izzie.

"Yeah, you might wanna keep your distance from Isadora, she's got a bad case of cabin fever," Duncan joked, putting his hand across Izzie's forehead.

She swatted his hand away.

"I do not have cabin fever, and if I do, it's because you two are impossible roommates,"

"Isadora, be nice to your brothers," Hector scolded.

There was a short silence.

"Hector?"

"Yes, Duncan?"

"Are you gonna visit us?"

"Of course, I will. And when Stain'd By The Sea finishes construction, I'll live there as well. I guess Jacqueline told you the plans?"

"She did," I told him.

"I'll try to visit as often as possible. And I'll call. Birthdays, Christmases, you name it,"
