You sat there in your class. The red blush from earlier still visible as you grumbled, closing your eyes as the events from this morning kept replaying in your head. 

His head on your lap... the urge to play with his brown fluffy hair... You snapped out from your little day dream when your professor called out, causing to snap your eyes open wide. Your classmates looking at you with either judging looks or confused ones "Everything alright, Ms. White?" Your Science Professor, Regina Pris, asked with a raised brow, a hand on her hip as her red hair was tied up in her usual bun. She looked young to be in her 50's.

You gulped and answered "Yes Professor Pris" Regina hummed and nodded as she walked over to her desk and leaned on it "Then I suppose you were listening, I assumed you were which would mean you'd be able to answer the formula on the board unless you want Mr. Evans to answer it?" Everyone quickly looked at the doorway, surprised to see Merlin standing up from his crouched position, his charming smile plastered on his face.

"I'm sorry I'm late?" 

He said and held his hands up in defense, looking at everyone until his eyes landed on yours... you both stared at each other for a moment until Regina called out "Well? Ms. White? Will you save your fellow classmate or let him suffer the consequences?" 

She looked back at you, you now glanced at on the formula written on the board.

An easy formula for Force and Motion, you now held a smug look, you got off your seat. Heading down the stairs as you grabbed a chalk from the bed then started solving it from the top of your head. 

Merlin watched you with a soft look, he wasn't impressed nor surprised like... He was used to it... 

You glanced at him nervously but went back to answering the question. Once you were done you headed back up to your seat.

Regina sighed and gestured to Merlin to get to his seat, the brunette grinned as some girls scoffed at you. Of course the nerd would've gotten it right the first time, you rolled your eyes as you weren't surprised of their reactions but what surprised you was the brunette taking his seat next to you. 

This caused some girls give you a dirty look, you glanced at them then looked at Merlin who faced you with a grin "My savior" He said to you with a wink. You blushed, startled... He never once sat with you in class nor has he ever sat with you when you decide to have lunch with the others... Weird. You rolled your eyes and shook off the feeling and went back to taking down notes as you replied "It's nothing, it was an easy formula..." You huffed as Merlin chuckled and looked back at the board... listening... this day couldn't get any weirder can it?...

Nope, it just did. Your eyes widened when he started taking down notes... I mean don't get me wrong he's a decent jock with passing grades yet he usually just sleeps during the start of class and would start taking down notes halfway, once he's woken up.

Weird...

You shook your head as you continued, minutes passed when a note was placed on top of your notebook, you looked up to see the girl from the row in front of you gave you a glance and went back to look at the board, you glanced at the girls sitting next to her who quickly whipped their heads and now started whispering to each other.

You held a confused look as Merlin glanced at you, watching you open the note as you read in your head 'Get out of your seat' you rolled your eyes and quickly crumpled it. Merlin glanced at the girls in confusion then looked back you. He stared at you for a minute, you blushed from how he stared at you... You now cleared your throat and looked back at the board to continue writing when suddenly Merlin crumpled the paper again and tossed it aside.
