The person Newt called Alby, was the one who acted as the leader of this place, he was in one of the huts. His hands were scratching his head as his eyes fell on the pile of papers on the table.

It wasn't until Newt knocked on the door that Alby lifted his head and noticed us.

"Here comes your guest, boss." Newt said, pointing at me.

Alby's eyes went wide before he finally stood up from his chair. "A girl?!"

Newt nodded.

"They sent a woman here? I thought women were nothing but a myth."

Newt laughed at his leader saying something strange, but this time he replied, "I thought so too. If you were there, you would have seen the disgusting faces of the klunks gaping at this woman's figure. I think Winston was drooling. And I think you would too, if only I weren't here right now."

Newt didn't tell him about the time I punched Gally? Were fighting a natural thing here?

Alby shot Newt a warning look, "Say whatever you want, but don't insult me in front of the others."

"Okay, you're the boss. Then I'll go back to help the others."

With a nod of approval from Alby, Newt walked back into the meadow, toward the metal box earlier.

I turned around, greeted by Alby's hand gesturing for me to sit down.

"So, we're going to have a little chat about the things you need to know. But remember this rule, you can't interrupt while I'm still explaining. Because I don't want to bother repeating myself."

I nod.

Then Alby starts explaining.

Alright, according to the rules Alby put forth, it turns out that fighting with fellow Gladers is prohibited. That's why Newt didn't bother telling. I'm indebted to him.

Walls, Maze, Grievers, Glades, Gladers, and some other small details were stuffed by Alby into my ears. The people who lived here, or the Gladers were again divided into sections according to the criteria for the jobs that suited them. Alby said that I would try all kinds of work starting from tomorrow.

"I'd take you on tour if I could. But right now I'm busy with these damn papers." Cursing the pile of paper in front of him, from the surface it looks like irregular lines. Alby didn't bother explaining and immediately added, "Go get someone else to take you around. The young man from earlier, Newt, I suggest you come to him. But if you dare ask the other Gladers then that's fine too. Just say, 'Alby asked you to,' then they will agree."

I nodded and walked out of the hut. This place is very large if there are several standing buildings and even a forest at the southwest end.

After walking quite a distance from the hut, I saw that people had already dispersed from where the metal box was.

I looked around, trying to find Newt. But the first man I met was Gally. He was walking not far from where I was standing, so I jogged towards him.

Gally saw me, but he didn't stop. So I greeted him, "Hi. Gally, right?"

He didn't respond, his face looked very sour. I tried to keep the topic of conversation "You know, Alby is busy with something right now, so he asked you to..." Before I could finish my sentence, Gally quickly replied "No thanks."

"But I.."

Gally finally stopped walking and turned around. "You still haven't even apologized to me, so why should I bother with it?" Then he continued walking away.
