"Inko Midoriya is there a lawyer you would like to call?" Detective Noamasa stood once again in the police precinct's interrogation room. His gaze turned to Inko who still had her left wrist handcuffed to the table, the woman snarling at him like an animal.
"Why would I call a lawyer?! I told you already I would never hurt Izuku! He's my only son! My baby boy!" Inko's teeth ground together, it had been days since she had a drink let alone her pills and she was starting to lose it. 'That fucking Bastard I swear once I get my hands on that piece of shit!' Inko could just imagine what she would do to Izuku for causing all this trouble to her.
Maybe she'll burn his hands over the stove, pour whiskey on freshly made cuts, chain his hands to the wall and leave him starving for days. There was so much she wanted to do but she couldn't do it now, not when this pig grilling into her.
"Mrs. Midoriya I've told you this before, you are lying we've been at this for days and my quirk tells me each word you say about your son Izuku Midoriya has been a lie!" Slamming his fist on the table Noamasa was starting to get irritated, despite catching the woman lie after lie she still denied it. Lifting his fist he sighed wiping his face, it was late around midnight, he should be home right now getting some much-deserved rest but Inko was making this entire process harder than ever. "If you aren't going to call an attorney one will be assigned to you in the proceedings of the court."
"I don't need a lawyer! I haven't done anything wrong!" Inko tugged at the handcuffs, 'they'll see, it won't betray me, not if it doesn't want any more punishment.' A grin broke across Inko's face there wasn't any way Izuku would ever dare to cross her.
.
Izuku stood in his blood-soaked bedroom of Inko's apartment, the rustic smell hitting his nose continuously as his eyes stared at the broken kitchen knife, he had sat there for 2 hours reliving his past, remembering his mother. "Fucking bitch." turning Izuku finally walked out of the room his voice laced with bitterness and anger, he had no more insults that could verbally speak his emotions to the person responsible for his birth.
Scratching his head Izuku looked at the ceiling, it was past curfew there wasn't any way he could get back in U.A at this hour, and no doubt those heroes and teachers as they call themselves will be on his ass tomorrow morning but that was something to be dealt with later for now...
Izuku lifted his arms, he was still covered in blood and he could feel some touching his skin it already drying fast. even if he could go back walking into school after being gone for hours and reeking of blood didn't paint a picture of him in a good light, or what was left of his image in their minds. He didn't want to but he knew he had to stay in this apartment, his clothes could come later for now he had to shower and get rid of the blood on him.
Looking around he tried to find a closet or a towel somewhere. The room wasn't just for the punishment he was isolated there, he never really got to see the apartment in its entirety this might be the first time since All Might had come to propose the dorm arrangements that he got a good look. Izuku remembered why Inko had even agreed as if he was gone, that meant she didn't have to deal with his sobbing at night, didn't have to deal with his screams of pain, and then came the advantage of not explaining why she had a quirkless to the many men who visited in the evenings.
Still searching Izuku saw parts of the apartment he never had the luxury of viewing, the hallway was the only thing familiar to him. The view he had gotten from looking through the keyhole of his room was limited and at times even hard to see through especially when Inko had hit his eye hard enough it lost vision for about a month or two. Now that he thought about it Izuku couldn't remember when exactly that happened, only that it did.
