"You've got to be kidding me..." Jihyo stood with her luggage in the lobby of a grand hotel in New York City. She looked distressed and tried to talk to the person at the front desk. "Ma'am, I understand you're distressed but there isn't anything I can do." Jihyo sighed, stressed too much to think. She didn't have her purse, it was either lost or stolen, and it had her wallet and phone in it. She didn't pay ahead because it was a last-minute addition to her tour and she had no time. And now, here she was, stranded with no way to properly contact her assistant or staff.

She heard shuts and screams behind her and looked through the massive glass doors to see what she assumed were fans swarming through the doors. She grabbed her bags and smiled while trying her best to get somewhere that she wouldn't be trampled. "Jihyo! Over here!" She looked for an escape from the massive mob but before she could do anything, a tall body blocked her. "Excuse me, everyone. Please step back, unless you're here for a room I'm gonna have to ask you to leave."

The fans barely listened and kept swarming. The tall woman held up a security badge. "You're trespassing and I suggest you leave before there is legal action taken." Her voice was loud enough for everyone to hear, and in the crowd's confusion, she grabbed Jihyo's hand and her few bags before quickly running to the nearest elevator. She got in with Jihyo and made sure no one followed. When the doors closed she pressed the 20th floor and turned to Jihyo. "are you alright, ma'am?" Jihyo stood, shocked at what just happened.

"Y-yeah, I'm okay. Thanks to you anyway." The taller woman put out her hand for a handshake. "Tzuyu. It wasn't a big deal, I've had to handle crowds before." Jihyo was puzzled. She put her hand in Tzuyu's and shook. "Park Jihyo. I'm thankful regardless of your crowd experience." Her tone was playful but Tzuyu didn't crack a smile. "Very nice to meet you. I heard about the situation with your bags, you're welcome to stay in my personal room until I can get one booked for you if you'd like." Jihyo looked up at her. "Are you sure? I don't want to cause any more trouble."

Tzuyu waved a hand. "Don't worry about it, I have a guest room and I'll have a room booked for you by tomorrow. You can pay me back later if you'd like." Jihyo ended up accepting seeing as she had no other choice. "Um, could I borrow your phone for a moment? I need to check in with my team and tell them what happened." The elevator stopped and Tzuyu handed Jihyo her phone. "Follow, I'll take your bags." Before Jihyo could offer to help Tzuyu had already picked up her bags. She dialed her assistant's number. "Hello? Mina?" Her assistant's relieved voice greeted her. "Hyo! Oh gosh, I was so worried, you weren't picking up your phone." Jihyo was warmed by her concern. "My purse was stolen, my wallet and phone were in it. Can you call and get my card canceled?" She heard a hum and Mina mumbling something to another staff member.

"Um, we have some bad news on this end too." Jihyo followed Tzuyu into the room and listened to Mina. "Flights have been canceled here since there are terrible storms. You got on the last safe flight over." Jihyo sighed. "Is everyone okay?" Mina reassured her that everyone was okay. "Does this mean no show?" Her face dropped, a sad look painted on her features. "Okay. Thank you for updating me, I have a place to stay for now. I'll talk to you soon." She said goodbye and handed Tzuyu her phone. "My entire team is stuck in Miami because of the tropical storms. I guess I'm here for a while."

Tzuyu felt the need to comfort Jihyo, a foreign feeling. "Well, you can stay here as long as you need. I'm sorry about your team and what I assume was a concert." Jihyo remembered that Tzuyu didn't seem to know who she was. "Yeah, last-minute show for my American tour. I was really excited and I'm so sad to tell the fans about the cancelation." She sounded devastated. "Um, well, just let me know if you need anything. I need to get back to my shift. I have a phone in the kitchen and your room is the second door on the left."
