Jackson's POV
"I'm just saying, it's a milestone or something like that. We're meant to celebrate,"
I tell Charles as we walk to the residents lounge.
"I'm working," He replies.
"So we go out after and get drinks at Joe's,"
I say.
"Fine," he gives in.
"What are you guys talking about?" Reed asks as we walk into the residents lounge.
"It's Charles' 30th birthday soon," I say as we start getting into scrubs.
"Happy birthday!" April says.
"Who's birthday?" Annabella asks as she walks in.
"Charles," Reed says.
"Happy birthday," she says with a small smile.
"Gotta go," Charles says as he gets paged.
"Cya," Reed says as she walks out.
Annabella's POV
"Let's go," I say as me, Jackson and April walk out.

We walk over to Meredith as Derek and another guy walk off.
"Is that Thomas Evans for the Baylor?" I ask.
"Yes, but don't get too excited. He's only here for one case," Meredith replies.
"Oh, are you sure? Because I overheard Chief Shepherd discussing the fact that Dr.Altman doesn't have a permanent contract. So it would actually br a really genius move to go and seize that opportunity to..." April rants.
"Here we go," Jackson cuts her off rolling his eyes.
"What?" I ask.
"Shut up!" April says embarrassed.
"She thinks your husband walks on water," Jackson says looking at Meredith.
"I don't. I don't. I, um ... No, I'm ... I mean, it's ... it's a professional thing. It's, um ... It's a mentor thing. He's ... he's just my mentor because he's ... he's married ... to you. And you guys are ... are so great and, um, together ... together as a married couple, And you ... you ... you are so great. Wow. I, um, I do ... I do think that your husband is brilliant, But I'm ... I'm sure that you think that, too, so ... That's right. Okay. That, um ... thank you" April rants before walking off.

I waited in the elevator with Jackson, April, Meredith and Derek as we headed up to get our patient.
April told us or Derek about the patient who had a fish hook in them apparently.
The elevator dings and Derek and April immediately walk out.
"I'm pretty sure they said fish hook, Chief Shepherd. But if I'm wrong you can spank me," Jackson teases Meredith in a girly
voice that wasn't far off April's.
"Shut up!" Meredith says annoyed.
"Oh, chief Shepherd, I do hope I'm wrong,"
Jackson carries on before he starts laughing as he walks out.

"Hey," I say as I walk into the residents lounge to Jackson.
"Hey," he replies with a smile as he wraps
his arms around my waist.
"It's Charles' birthday soon?" I ask.
"Yup and I kinda promised him I would get drinks at Joe's with him," Jackson replies.
"I should probably check on Mark," I sag in response.
"Ok, see you tomorrow then," Jackson says.
"Bye," I say giving him a quick kiss before walking out.
Jackson's POV
"Hey, you ready to go?" Charles asks as he walks into the residents lounge.
"yh, yh. let's go," I say as we both walk out and head to Joe's.
