Season 6, Episode 7- Give Peace a Chance
Annabella's POV
We were all gathered next to the OR board with Richard and Mark at the front.
They had a speech, so fun.
There were talking about changing to using a computer model to schedule surgeries or something like that.
Derek didn't like it and Richard said something about change being good.
"You two need to stop bickering. It's unattractive," Bailey states as I laugh.

The whole day, I was with Callie mainly doing consults and stuff like that.

Derek called all the residents to the skills lab, now I can't lie. I'm not that great at neuro and if I'm being honest, I don't really care. I like breaking bones to then fix them and that was that. The task was to guide the pen through a cup and hit the presidents nose. And whoever does it the best gets to scrub in.
An intern does first and fails.
"Way to go, two," Christina laughs.
She was overly confident.
Reed goes next and fails.
A few more people went until it was my turn.
I tried and failed, as expected.
Jackson's turn.
He did it and only hit right next to his nose.
"If somebody improves on that, I'll be put of a job,"
"Guess you'll be out of a job then," Christina says.
Then much to her surprise and nobody else's, she failed.
"Okay. Dr.Avery, you'll be scrubbing in," Derek says.
That didn't surprise anyone.

I find Callie and Arizona and the three of us head over to Derek and Mark.
"Have you gone rogue?" Callie asks.
"I'm doing a surgery I believe in," Derek responds.
"Against the chief's orders," I add.
"He'll freak when he finds out," Arizona points out.
"There's a computer schedule saying that I'm doing craniotomies all day. He is not going to find out," Derek proudly states.
Yes he will, he is Richard Webber. He finds out everything.
"No. Shh. Don't say anymore. Cause me, the chief, secrets? Bad idea," Arizona says, whispering the last part.
"Hey, I think it's badass. Come on, let's go," Callie says.
I agree.
We all walk off.

Me and Callie were talking.
"Since the merge everything has been so hectic," Callie complains.
"Hey, give peace a chance, it'll come," I joke.

The next day, I met up with Callie and she lets me do a solo surgery on a trauma that came in with a broken collar bone. She basically lets me run her service for the day, so it was honestly so great.
I have no idea what happened in the OR with Jackson, Derek and apparently Lexie but I ran Callie's service today so today was great.
