Season 6, Episode 19- Sympathy For The Parents

Annabella's POV

"Who's this and why is he here?" I ask as I enter the kitchen and Meredith, Derek, Lexie, Alex and another guy.

"This is Alex's...uh...brother," Meredith says.

"Evilspawn has a brother?" I ask.

"Aaron," Alex's brother says sticking out a hand.

"Annabella," I reply and shake his hand with a smile.

I could see Alex was uncomfortable and Lexie and Derek were idk being weird.

Polite is a better way to put it which is weird.

"Derek, Lex. Come on, we're leaving. We're going to work," I say almost dragging them out.

I walked over to Christina and Meredith and they were talking about Owen and Derek.

"Owen's still in his dark place and he's not talking so I turned off my cell in case he would say something, which he didn't," Christina says.

"I hate men. They're stupid," Christina carries on and I nod with a laugh.

"Derek asked me to have a baby with him this morning," Meredith says.

"Really stupid," I respond.

Christina's pager goes off that second.

"Oh Great! Pit, with Owen and his dark place," Christina sarcastically states before walking off.

I went into an elevator and saw Arizona.

"Hey, you ok?" She asked.

"Yep, I have no new patients tho so..." I replied.

We walked out and walked over to Aaron and Bailey.

Bailey introduces Arizona and goes to introduce me but Aaron cuts her off.

"Annabella Brooks, wouldn't forget that beautiful face," Aaron said with a smile.

Bailey just stared at him like he was a ghost.

"When this thing is fixed, come to dinner with me?" Aaron asks.

"Oh, um, I. I have a boyfriend," I say.

"Oh, that's fine," Aaron replies.

Arizona just stares at me.

"It's not official, chill," I whisper in her ear.

"How come I didn't meet you at the wedding?" Arizona asks Aaron changing the subject.

Then she goes on about the wedding and I try to tell her he doesn't know and get her to stop but she didn't get the hint.

"What wedding?" Aaron asks.

"Uh, Alex and Izzie's" Arizona says.

"No one's," I say at the same time.

"Alex got married?" Aaron asks confused.

"I'm just gonna use the computer over there, bye," Arizona says walking away.

"He got married and he didn't even call us?" Aaron asks confused.

"No, it...it sounds weird but it was totally a spur-of-the-moment kind of thing. You know, cuz of the cancer?" I try and explain but just make it worst.

"Alex has cancer?" Aaron asks freaking out.

"Anna," Bailey says.

"No, Izzie has cancer," I say.

"Who's Izzie?" He asks.

"Alex's wife but he's not really his wife anymore. I..well...I...y...you....you know just don't worry about it," I say.

"They got divorced?" He asks.

"No, well, um she left and then came back  but he didn't think she should of and," I start.

"Anna, stop talking and walk away," Bailey interrupts as I sigh and walk away.

"Hey,"  I say as I walk into Jackson's room at his and Charles' apartment.

He was lying on his bed, watching TV shirtless.

"Hey," he replied as he paused the TV and opened his arms so I could cuddle next to him.

I climbed onto his bed and curled up against him.

"I had a patient that was a police officer and she got shot. It got me thinking why the hell people would do that," Jackson said.

"People are screwed up," I reply with a small shrug.

"What happened with you today?"  he asked.

"I accidentally told Alex's brother that Alex was married and then she walked out on him," I replied.

"You started the fight?" hd asked chuckling.

"Shut up, it's not funny!" I whinnied after I hit his chest.

"Before that though, Alex's brother, asked me out and I said I had a boyfriend," I start.

"And I need to ask. What are we? Can I call you my boyfriend? Am I your girlfriend? What... what are we? What am I to you?" I ask nervously.

"Well, to me you're my girlfriend. I guess I never really asked but, you know," he said with a small smile.

I nodded slowly with a smile.

"So now I can officially say you're my boyfriend?" I ask.

"Now you can officially say I'm your boyfriend," he confirms with a smile.

I cuddled up next to him and we watched The Lion King because it was the best Disney movie.

Jackson Avery was officially my boyfriend
