Season 6, Episode 24- Death and All His Friends
A/N: I'm gonna post all my other chapters like seasons. So write them all first then post one once a day. :)
Annabella's POV
We were treating our patient when we saw Gary Clark appear.
I knew I hd to do the steps
Arizona kept repeating that there were inly children there.
"They shot me," he said.
"Mister, um," I said not knowing his name.
Step 1: Distraction
"Clark, Gary Clark," he said.
"Do you prefer Gary or Mr Clark," I ask trying to distract him and get a personal level.
Step 2: Personal Information
"Mr Clark is good," he said.
"Ok, here are some bandages, to stop the bleeding," I say as I hand him bandages.
Step 3: Hands where they can see
"Here, you should take them. You should take them and go. There are only children on this whole floor, everyone on this floor works on children and children only," I say even know it wasn't true.
Step 4: Do as they say
"They killed my Allison. My wife. No one on this floor works on adults?" He asked.
"No. No one works on adults," I say shaking slightly.
Step 5: Make them trust you
"Then I'll leave you all alone," he said as he walked off.
Step 6: Get home safe
I closed the door behind him and Callie quickly came up to me and gave me a hug with Arizona following.
Jackson's POV
I heard voices outside that I knew to be Cristina and April.
I opened the door and it closed behind me.
"You're not supposed to be walking around," I told them.
"Oh damn it, Jackson. Is that your blood? Are you Ok?" April asks stressing out.
"I'm fine," I snap quickly.
Me and Cristina keep talking and realise Cristina has to operate on Derek. I tell April to get the scrub nurses and we go to operate.

Gary Clark came in and told us to stop operating and held a gun to Cristina's head.
"Sir, sir, What's your name?" I ask.
"Gary," he said shaking.
"Gary? I'm Jackson," I said.
Step 1: distraction
"Hi Jackson," he said.
"Tell me something about yourself Gary, I can start if you'd like," I said.
Step 2: Personal Information
"My full name is Jackson Harper Avery. I'm 28 years old, I live with my best friend, Charles," I start.
"Charles?" he asks.
"Yeah, it's his 30th birthday today. We were gonna go out for drinks after work," I said.
"I like drinks," Gary says.
"Yeah, I have a girlfriend. She's amazing," I say.
"I had a wife, can you tell me about your girlfriend?" he said.
Step 4: do as they say
"Yeah, she has this smile. And it just lights up the room. Whenever she laughs, it makes everyone around laugh. Her eyes, they're mesmerising, you know?" I said.
"Allison was like that," he said with a small smile.
"Was that your wife?" I ask.
Step 5: Make them trust you
"Yeah, yeah. What's her name?" he asks.
"Annabella. But I call her Belle," I say.
"Annabella," he said slowly.
Owen walks in.
Fuck
He just messed that all up
Gary was now yelling at everyone, pointing the gun at different people.
Meredith then came in.
Told him to shoot her.
Step 1: Distraction
"She's my sister," Meredith said.
Step 2: Personal Information
A lot happened.
Everything escalated quickly.
I took away the heart monitor as everyone spoke.
Hunt got shot.
"Raise your hands," I tell Cristina.
Step 3: Hands where they can see
"Trust me, please. Raise your hands," I say.
"Gary, look at me. I'm stopping, I stopped," I said.
Step 4: Do as they say.
"Listen to me. In a few seconds, his heart is gonna pump all the blood into his chest and stop beating. You'll see it on the monitor. Just wait, wait for it. Watch the monitor and wait for it," I say as Gary watches the monitor.
Step 5: Make them trust you.
"Please..don't stop!" Meredith cries.
"Shut up!" I snap at her.
The monitor flat lines and Meredith cries harder.
"See? It's over. It's over. He's dead," I assure him.
"It's over," Cristina says still shaking.
"Derek," Meredith cries.
Gary left.
Step 6: Get home safe
April and Meredith took Owen to another OR to help him.

Annabella's POV
"Oh thank god!" I say as I see Callie and Arizona kiss.
"Anna, come her," Callie says opening her arms for a hug.
Me, Callie and Arizona all have a group hug.

Jackson's POV
Me, April, Cristina, Meredith, Owen and Derek all walk out of the hospital. Owen and Derek were on gurneys but it's fine.
Annabella's POV
I hear gurneys coming out so I turn around and see Meredith, Cristina, April, Owen (on a gurney), Derek (also on a gurney) and Jackson.
I run over to them and hug Jackson really tight.
"I'm ok, Belle," he whispered in my ear.
"Me too," I whisper back.
I dont know how long we stayed there, it felt like hours, days even but it was probably a few minutes max.
