Chapter 6

The Queen stayed in the nurse's office for who knows how long with Mrs. Potts, she just had the strangest inkling of a feeling that she should stay beside the boy sleeping in the bed. She didn't know the reason why, but she just knew she had to. "Mrs. Potts can we um... skip today's session, I just felt that Beau needs me more, and it kind of helps me forget about you-know-who, please?" "it's alright my dear I understand, how does tomorrow at tea time sound?" Mrs. Potts offered.

Belle gratefully smiled at the offer and nodded in response. Mrs. Potts smiled in relief as she believed that giving her majesty the boy was a good call as it helped her.

30 mins later, Beau's eyes began to blink awake as he tried to sit up from his current position wincing as he go, "what happened?" He asked as he touched his forehead, to which he regrets as it stung as he touched his damaged spot. "Well you had quite the fall from what I heard from Prince Ben Mr. LeGume," Mrs. Potts told.

Beau looked at his surroundings as his sight slowly came back. "Where am I?" "You are in the nurse's office," the voice said. He whipped his head to see a dazzling woman with brown hair, a yellow dress, and vaguely familiar rose-scented cologne. "Um... not to be rude or anything miss, but who are you?" Beau questioned the stranger sitting on the left side of the bed "my name's Belle, Queen Belle to be exact." Beau slightly bowed at his current state and even though Belle said he doesn't need to he did it anyway.

"Thank you for nursing me Mrs. Potts, your majesty," he said politely, which was very rare even for him, "but I have to go. I feel like I missed my lessons already and Mal might want to see me, goodbye."

As Beau walked through the door, Belle raised her hand and said a silent goodbye, but before he could close the door he turned to the queen and did the same before closing the door shut. Suddenly tears began to flow through her face. "Belle my dear what happened? Was it something the boy said?" "No Mrs. Potts" Belle answered as she wiped her face off from her tears, "no, nothing at all, I just got emotional all of a sudden that's all." Belle wondered why did she begin tearing up all of a sudden as Beau left, it was as if her heart was telling her something she couldn't understand.

Beau walked through the halls aimlessly as he looked through the clocks at the wall and his supposed schedule, and as walked he wondered why that small interaction with the queen made him happy and dull at the same time. He thought, and thought, and thought until he bumped onto someone. "hey! watch where you're going!" he screamed "s-sorry I was distracted and I wasn't looking where I was going and -" the girl rambled until she had gone way out of topic, "ok, ok I got it you were distracted, just don't get in my way ok" the girl nodded in response as she flicked a small portion of her hair behind her ear "um... yea ok, I'm Pia Woods, by the way, daughter of Pinnochio" "I see?" Beau said unsurely as he shook her hand. "Anyway gotta go!" and with that last goodbye, she scrammed, which Beau reacted by rolling his eyes and a quiet huff as he puts his hands in his pockets and continued to walk to Mal's room where ever it may be.

Mal's room

"- We won't go back until we do, cause we're rotten" "to the core" Beau heard as he passed on every hall in the dormitory building. Meanwhile, Evie was about to say something important when they heard a knock on the door. Mal was about to curse whoever was knocking on the door when he saw Beau covered with bandaids and stitches, "Beau, the hell where were you?" She said as he lets him in "I was in the nurse's office getting nursed by the queen of all people and Mrs. Potts the school nurse" "ok, we'll talk about why the queen is there later, but Evie what was it you're going to say?" Mal asked.

"Oh, yea... I found out the fairy godmother blesses Ben with the wand at the coronation and we all get to go, I have nothing to wear of course" Mal's eyes widen in shock at her friend's findings, which disturbed her "what?" Evie asked, but her answer was distracted by a knock "hold that thought" Mal instructed as she reached for the door. "Hey since when did Carlos have a dog? I thought he fears them, and since when does Evie does homework for other people?" Beau whisperingly asked Jay which he shrugged in response.
